All of my bosses have been very understanding. I am a very good employee but I have made major mistakes. Instead of a cut in pay or be fired, I wanted to be spanked instead. Legal papers were made up that I had to sign so I wouldn't sue the company for my spankings. After that, my boss' secretary was in charge of spanking me. The papers did say that I had to obey her and she would determine what I would be spanked with and how long my spanking would last. She would always spank me with several paddles and she would spank me until I cried. But this way my spankings would not be in my employment records but they would be journaled so they could be passed on to my next boss.
