Happy Birthday to my little bro, Jacob! I thought I’d kick off March with a speedy Gouache Portrait of his floating head (which he would absolutely HATE), and I’m looking forward to doing lots of quickie floating heads this month (31 to be exact), and hopefully really exploring skintones and brushwork for rendering tiny, little faces. Also, I’m hoping to improve my likenesses in March. As you may already know, these daily paintings are quickies.
