Why the new iPhone 4s kicks ass

So I gotta say it, “Apple You Pissed me Off” and this has to stop, right away, I Invested in your fucking expensive stocks, and all I have is pain and grief. First I was planing for it to plunge when the Amazon got their new shitty stuff out, so i shouldn’t have to pay those crazy $400 per stock price but to no evil. I ended up getting it at $374.89, 11 pecies And then I closed my eyes and waited for the magic to happen, I found myself bobbling to HASHEM to please help me become, you know…Rich, But to my distress nothing happened, And then the real test started, apple is holding an Event, and we all know what this means…… But for one reason or another Apple decided Not to release the hightly anticipated iPhone 5 Only a revamped iPhone 4, the “4S” and apparently this did not go well with the investors, So exactly what I wished for, from the Amazon event happened here, BUT, right after I bought the stocks And that’s where my nerves started going all bumpy, I mean what the fuck, Just because it’s not called the iPhone 5 doesn’t mean it’s not the next gen. iPhone and its totally more kicking ass then the previus gen., Other then the visible specs this thing is totally new in every way you look at it The camera went from 5MP to a whopping 8MP It gives you a full 1080p HD video quality vs. 720p It has the all new kick-ass A5 chip, if you think the iPhone 4 was fast, think again, this thing is going to be faster then your super hyper-active fingers, app crashing is a thing from the history Then you got Siri, what it does is more less like it’s your new girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife. I mean it won’t give you blow-jobs and this kind of things (maybe one day, who knows) wanna know the weather, there’s Siri for that, wanna post something really funny to Facebook, just let Siri know it’ll do it like a charm , wanna send a picture of your junk to someone, well, Siri’s to your aid And with the massive sucsess with their iPhone 4 design, Apple needs to be stupid to change it exterior, I mean it’s so beautiful so top notch, why change So getting back to my point, People need to stop bitching about the iPhone 5 not being released, because it was released, just not with the name you all were wishing for Oh on a side note, Tim Cook looked so gay on stage…..

Breaking !! Anthony Weiner Is Stepping Down

According to the New York Times, Anthony Weiner has told friends that he's resigning amid increasing pressure from Democrats, and "after having long discussions with his wife," who just got back from a trip to Africa with her boss Hillary Clinton.

Well, that's that. All week, Weiner's been squeezed by Democrats and battered by Boehner. As much as he tried to hold on, it looks like things have finally climaxed. Couldn't take the beating any longer. He's pulling out. Stay tuned: More to come.

Update: Weiner will announce his resignation in a press conference this afternoon. This is going to be pretty hard to watch. Hopefully it's not too long.

The Internet Is Falling Apart LulzSec Leaks 62,000 Email/Password Combo

Fresh off their face-kicking of the CIA's website, LulzSec just decided to go with something a little less political: a 60k+ set of login info for... they won't say. But they're encouraging everyone to try 'em out across the web.

So far, eager downloaders have been retweeting claimed prizes of pilfered WoW, PayPal, porn, and Gmail accounts. Lulz hasn't said where they got the data, or what it's good for—instead, they're just encouraging their retinue to "Be creative instead of being a potato. Try PayPal combinations, twitter, Facebook, eBay, Runescape. Pick a target from the list."

It's an exciting day for the group and their fans. Unless your PayPal account just got jacked, in which case you are probably feeling lulz-deficient at the moment. No Ruling in Rubashkin Case; Attorney Says Hopeful For New Trial

Des Moines, IA - An attorney for a former Iowa kosher slaughterhouse executive convicted of financial fraud says he’s “hopeful” Sholom Rubashkin will get a new trial.

The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis heard arguments Wednesday. Attorney Guy Cook says the court took the case under advisement.

R, Sholom the former Agriprocessors Inc. manager, was convicted in 2009 and sentenced to 27 years in prison. His arrest followed an immigration raid at the company’s Postville plant in 2008.

Rubashkin sought a new trial claiming Chief U.S. District Court Judge Linda Reade, who presided over his trial, couldn’t be impartial and should have recused herself because she participated in the planning of the raid.

Sean Berry, a spokesman with the U.S. attorney’s office, says prosecutors would not comment on Wednesday’s hearing.

Nathan Lewin, lead attorney for the Rubashkin defense team told VIN News in an exclusive interview that he thought that while he felt the judges in today’s hearing were open to his arguments, there is no way to know when or what they will decide.

“I told the court I would apply for bail for Rubashkin and I thought the judges were receptive and interested.  You never know in a court of appeals what they are going to do.  They can take as long as they want before they make any decisions.

St. Louis lawyer Norman Pressman who also attended today’s hearing told VIN News that the lawyers for both sides presented strong cases which were well received by the three judges.

“It was an extremely well argued case and the court complimented both lawyers.  Mr. Lewin did a superb job arguing a difficult case and he made some very good points, explaining why he thought his client was treated unfairly.  While Mr. Lewin concentrated mostly on the recusal of Judge Reid, the court seemed to be more interested in the length of the sentence handed down in the case.”

“In many cases the court just listens to the attorneys present their arguments but the judges were very interested, read the briefs and asked numerous questions. Judge William J. Riley, who presided over the case, complimented both lawyers for doing an excellent job.

Creepy Senator Invites You To Touch Him on the iPhone

Saxby Chambliss has become the first senator to release an iPhone app. This would be an ominous development even if the Georgia Republican's office didn't have a history involving online hate speech.

"This way, folks don't have to sit down and stop what they're doing in order to find out what I'm up to," Chambliss said in a video announcing the app. Right, there's no need for Chambliss' constituents to consult biased liberal media iPhone apps, which cover incidents like the time a Chambliss staffer wrote "all faggots must die" in an online discussion, or the time his campaign ad smearing a triple amputee Vietnam war veteran was called "disgraceful" by John McCain. Then again, the app has a video gallery, so it's entirely possible Chambliss will shoot himself in the foot with some creepy family groping or whatever.

Of course, the bigger fear isn't Chambliss' app but what kind of PR explosions we'll see once everyone in both houses of Congress releases an app. Especially if theirs, like Chambliss', comes with a photo gallery. (source Gawker)

What Has The World Come to, you can now get Burger's Made from Poop

This is a burger poopburger. As in, made from shit. I'm not even kidding, the Japanese extracted protein from human poop, mixed it with soya, added steak sauce and called it hamburger patties. Are you throwing up yet? Cause I did.

Mitsyuki Ikeda, the mad scientist behind this foul mashup, says some people may have a psychological aversion to eating fake meat made from poop. I think he's wrong. ALL people will have a psychological aversion. Sure, we all make jokes that fast food burgers taste like crap but we still don't want to actually eat crap, dude.

Ikeda, to his credit, created these poop burgers in an effort to be resourceful and recycle human waste. He realized if he could use "sewage mud", which is poop (you know you're in trouble when the euphemism of a word is just as bad as the word itself) and is everywhere, to formulate his burgers he could be completely efficient. Right now the burgers cost 10-20 times of regular meat because it factors in his research costs, the price will drop if there's enough demand. I never thought I had to ask this question but would you eat a burger made from poop? [INHABITAT]

Lulz Security Just banged the CIA

Lulzsec, that merry band of hackers responsible for raids onBethesda Softworks, the US Senate, Sony, terrorists, andrival hackers, has bagged maybe its biggest fish yet: the CIA. [Updated]

Lulz Security announced via Twitter that they'd taken down CIA.gov (which is, for the record, still incapacitated) a little before 6PM EST. No details about their methodology (presumably DDOS?), or the motive behind/beyond the lulz. Which, really, who needs more reason than that to take on the intelligence wing of the US government?

At the rate Lulz is going, their conquests will be Napoleonic before the summer's out. And at this point, it's hard to see how they'll be stopped, short of a land war in Russia.

Update: Looks like there may have been a motive after all, albeit an unlikely one. Apparently LolzSec was goaded into the CIA attack by random Twitterer Quadrapodacone, who repeatedly called LulzSec soft for attacking what he considered small-fry targets. And good news! He's still not impressed. So don't be surprised if CIA.gov turns into a hosting service for Mama Cass gifs before this whole thing runs its course. [LulzSec via gizmodo

N.Y. Assembly Passes Gay Marriage Bill

The New York legislature's lower house passed a gay marriage bill 80-63 on Wednesday, the fourth time the State Assembly has done so. The bill must now pass the Senate, where it currently has 31 of 32 votes needed. [NY1 via gawker]
