Post-workout meal of the day: Ramen turkey burger. Macros: 10g fat, 36g carbs, 40g protein....I eat low glycemic "fast" carbs after my workout and/or 2nd half of the day on my rest days. This is what I call "Carb Day Cycle". not, "carb cycle" because thats a whole different meaning haha. Carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc are slow "high" glycemic carbs, which means, they stay in your body longer and makes you full for a long time. I stay away from those carbs during the second half of the day and/or 5 hours before I sleep because of how they stay in your body longer which means if you eat them before sleeping, those slow carbs that you just aye that are still in your body may turn into fat because there is no activity (you're not doing anything while you sleep). That's why I eat fast carbs, carbs like: white rice, potatoes, ramen(without the packet) haha, white bread, white pasta, etc. Again, this is just my routine, feel free to give me any suggestions, i'm free to learn from your routine as well. #bodybuilding #anybodycandoit #foodporn #bodybuilder
