What annoys me about Jax as a character:

His refusal to open up to others mixes very badly with his tendancy to rant about his vision of life. That makes him such an annoying edgelord. What do you mean you so obviously avoid the topic of your backstory at the bar by making joke references, but you're so plainly projecting on Gangle in the same episode during the stargazing part, and you explain aaall your beliefs to Pomni in episode 6? Pick a side.

The story bends to be about him even when he's not more interesting than the others...? "He's a complex human trapped in a digital circus and he developped bad coping mechanisms to be able to live through that" The others do that too??? Thematically they should all be in the same page about it and all show equally what they are made of, but we've been focusing mainly on him and that's so annoying... I'm more interested in discovering the different aspects of characters like Ragatha or Zooble who look after the others while dealing with the whole situation, tbh

He's grieving Kaufmo and Ribbit, sure. But the others should be grieving too. Their lives, the people they lost, the people who abstracted (apart from the scene in the end of episode 2, it feels like they forgot about Kaufmo)... Kinger went through his grief, but I'm sorry, the others should have their anguish too.

His friendship with Pomni is so stupid I'm sorry- wdym the main character who went so far as to relate with a NPC is now deciding to force a friendship with someone as frustrating and crual as Jax? Why? What do you think you'll get out of that...? The fact Pomni doesn't even try to befriend Zooble even though they would be the perfect candidate to have a solid friendship with her is absurd.

I'm sorry but "male character who lost his closed ones and became an asshole and makes everybody around him suffer but it's because he's emotionally repressed and sad :(" is an archetype you see ALL THE TIME and I'm so sick of it. Fridging characters just to develop your asshole male character won't make me sympathize for him. Actually, everything I learn about Jax makes me sympathize less for him.

Btw if the theory of him being trans but in the closet is true, it will not redeem the fact he's been annoying me since the pilot.

Alya is treated worse by the fans for being a “bad friend” or whatever and is somehow not Marinette’s real friend, while Chloe on the other hand was treated badly by the creator and writers and I don’t know why

Queer Platonic Relationship

AU where Caine gets the idea of attempting to unabstract the abstracted and ends up choosing a random one from the cellar, he uses his abilities to try and unabstract it and it ended up working but taking up too much energy in a way that caused the circus to glitch briefly, and the abstracted monster ended up being Ribbit.

She freaks out a bit of course because all she remembered was a bunch of eyes, her body hurting, and then darkness. It only takes her a few seconds to calm down and go back to her normal self but just a bit jittery around Jax (duh)

Adrien in my AU where he goes rouge, I think it’d be nice if Adrien quits being Chat Noir due to not trusting Plagg anymore. He’s of course heartbroken because he thought Plagg cared about him and it certainly seemed like that for a while but now, after the Big Lie was revealed, he couldn’t trust or like someone who kept such a big thing from him no matter how hard Plagg tried to convince him.

I didn’t think much when creating the og premise for this AU but now that I think about it, I want it to have depth because I want a good story where Adrien gets revenge on those who betrayed/lied to him

I really really REALLY love revenge stories, they’re very nice because it’s nice to see a person who has done the other wrong pay for it. I feel like making this a revenge story will be nice, especially since Adrien is kept in the dark about a lot of things 24/7 and deserves to get back at them in some way shape or form.

Why did I decide to separate the identities of Lila/Cerise? It all boils down to Lila salt before she was revealed to be a fake person/identity, I didn’t care for Lila salt because I thought it was stupid people were getting angry over a teenage girl lying about her life since a lot of teenagers do that and sometimes even adults. I think separating the identities and making them their own person would make a great opportunity to explore Lila’s character and how she should’ve been if Thomas wasn’t such a massive fuckup. Also I’m a sucker for siblings who seem the same but are opposites

Nino and Adrien fix a dam that was in their relationship, the one that made a crack in their friendship in Rocketeer or Rocketear whatever where Nino basically accused him of doing something he’d never do, hero form or not. Nino of course feels bad when Adrien tells him he’s Chat Noir when looking back at the time he accused him of cheating alongside his girlfriend. But when Adrien tells Nino about the lying debacle, he apologizes but also, no one messes with his boy, so of course he joins Adrien in getting revenge.

Why is Sabrina on Adrien’s side? Why not? Real answer is that I feel like they should’ve been by each other’s side at one point in time, especially when Chloe moved away to be with her abusive mom. Sabrina checks in on Chloe via phone calls and texts but not Adrien because he’s still disappointed in Chloe for being a bully, he does appreciate updates tho. When Adrien tells Sabrina and Chloe about the whole big lie thing both of them are absolutely shocked and appalled (and also mad but mostly on Chloe’s end because she knew Marinette had something weird about her).

Chloe makes up to Adrien by helping him get revenge on the Lying Tyrants (as she calls them) as well as Sabrina also helping but still doubles as a hero with the occasional help of Max because they are gaming buddies.
