Anti-Plagiarism Campaign Stickers
This was actually one of my friend’s project in her university for communication studies major. She asked if I was able to make her stickers design regarding the anti-plagiarism campaign which was trending during that time. So that time at Lee Fah Onn (purposely writing down this instead of my campus’ library cause why not) I directly opened up Illustrator after sketched some ideas. My points in these stickers focused on:
Mirror reflection; Printing photocopiers; to Spoon and Fork. Simply because both are well-known companion of lives. They complete each other yet having the same functionality, but you know? They have their own forms instead of being the same rounded thing or gapped square altogether.
Coffee instead of copy. Other than tea, coffees are great companion especially to chill out or running with the deadlines. Besides of having the same rhymes, it also tells a short story of where things are more chill and fun when you stay away from plagiarism. Also, you can make bunch of relations by doing so.
What matters. Actually I am a fan of the colour for this one. I remember getting it inspired from a Japanese poster (I forgot where it is but it’s not mine) that’s very eye-catchy. Then to make it contextual and conceptual, I’ve added a meaning behind these three colours, where both blue and orange are trying to imitate each other to get the closest similarity rate, while the white ORIGINALITY MATTERS stands out in the middle (and about like to go to the top), reflecting those who’s clean and clear from plagiarism.
Self-identity. Clearly stated in the sticker. The red one also refer the same idea to the white ORIGINALITY MATTERS.
