hey speaking of thorntails. their encyclopedia article says:

Their hind limbs contain far greater muscle mass than their forelegs, allowing them to leap several body lengths' worth at a time. This disparity makes for an awkward walking gait; as a result, most Thorntails prefer to hop, fly, or climb to get around.

do we think they're hopping like...bunny style or jerboa style. or both in different situations

We are in a stone tower with a large central window. The room is filled with gargoyles. Through the window we see a dark cloudy sky and the silhouette of trees and mountains.

Throughout the gif lightning flashes through the window, illuminating the gargoyle filled space. A large horned gargoyle silhouette sits in the middle, deep in a shadow that should not be where it is when we consider the lighting in the space. Right before we fade out, a single glowing purple circle appears in the middle of the shadowed gargoyle.

There is eerie violin music throughout, punctuated with bells. There is an intensifying and discomforting violin crescendo preceding the final bell gong which is also when the glowing purple circle appears on the gargoyle in shadow.

Glass Heart Color Icons

introducing an all-new expanded set of jank abbreviations!

Little glassy heart color icons for your bios, sales posts, and more! This sheet is in the original 1-to-1 pixel scale, so you'll likely need to upscale it to actually make use of it. (Use Nearest Neighbor, not any other upscaling methods. Trust me.)

I will be posting individually-cropped labels over the next several days in the same 1:1 pixel scale, which should be a bit more convenient to use for those looking to add them to bios without wanting to use an image editor. Note that the way tumblr expands them will make them look blurry, but saving them should result in them being the appropriate size.

Hatchlings! Some about to become adults, some still kiddos!

Not much to note except that the harlequin/jester gaolers are from a Stock the Pond pair, so they're gonna have lots of chaos siblings over time.
