Hard Jazz 7 and Mic Hand Recordings are happy to announce the release of rapper/producer duo, Strangers Of Necessity’s (S.O.N.) debut EP, Tangerine Avenue. The two connected by chance via twitter, after Cory saw Fooch in a 319 cypher video on youtube. They linked up offline and quickly became friends, sparking an immediate chemistry and need to make music together; hence the name Strangers Of Necessity. Fooch the MC has joined forces with Hard Jazz 7 Affiliate Producer, CoryAyo to form the group, Strangers Of Necessity (S.O.N.). Their debut album "Tangerine Avenue" will be available digitally on September 16th, but prior to that date they're releasing a new single to wet your whistle in the mean time.

Wussup y'all, just wanted to clue y'all in to what's been going on since the last time I checked in. As you know I have several projects in the works due to release later this year. In between work on those projects, I've managed to knock out tons of features with some really dope artist as well. Here are a few of the tracks that have dropped recently and be on the look out for more to come, I just might be on a track with your favorite rapper!

What's New With Fooch The MC?

What's good y'all! Its been a minute since I last checked in, so I wanted to clue you guys in on what's been going on with me lately...

First off, I was blessed with the opportunity to contribute and be a part of Famsquadilliana's latest project, Lust Of Money, which was officially released in London, July 20, 2013, and is now available for purchase in select stores and on iTunes. My involvement with, Lust Of Money, which was executively produced by super producer, Douglas 'Keeynote' Noga, has afforded me the chance to work closely with Keeynote on several other artist projects, major features and song writing.

Keeynote has also singed on to executive produce my upcoming Ep, Transparent, which will be out late 2013. This music is timeless and my most personal project to date. Featuring top level production and quest appearances from some the games best indie emcees. So definitely keep an eye out for this in the near future.

Second, I recently earned a spot on Coast2CoastMixtapes, The Indie Top 50 Vol 160 mixtape which released 8-17-2013. This came as a total surprise to me because I hadn't heard anything from them, then I received a twitter notification where they had tweeted from my account to promote the release. It was kinda weird for them to be tweeting from my account but I'm not trippin... just thankful I was added to the list.

Last but not least, my bro VillanovaSlim and I have formed the duo, Grand National, and have been quietly working on a joint project titled, Dining On Dinosaur Flesh. D.O.D.F. is a genuine display of what Hip-Hop is supposed to sound like, dope beats provided mostly by beats smith, Dj 5ifth Element, and nostalgic raps reminiscent of the good old days in HIp-Hop.

I urge you to keep an eye out for these projects as well as some great visuals due out very soon. I want to thank each and everyone of my family, friends and fans for their continued support along my road to success... Success isn't a destination, it's a journey.
