i’ll admit i got a lil emotional drawing him.

for all of my ghost moots or people who have followed me across accounts for the past few years, I’ve drawn so many jins and ghost characters in the past 6 years. and thats so much time to dedicate to an IP.

but truthfully i think me spreading out and finding new fixations goes to show that ghost helped me through a part of my life that i’ve gotten past and now i’m moving into a new part of my life which is scary, exciting, but sad at the same time.

im moving to a new state by myself with a new job and new aspirations and things ive learned over the years. and i’ll admit too that for the past 6 years i felt what jin felt for the longest time.

i was so eager to please people and do what was expected of me, but i came to learn that a lot of the expectations were put on me by my own stress and anxieties about what other’s would get from my successes or achievements or how i was doing things. i still have those tendencies but i have gotten way better about not bowing to the will of others.

so thank you ghost balayage platinum 613 for teaching me so much and inspiring me for YEARS and continuing to inspire me 🥺.
