I have drafted and re-drafted this post 3 or 4 times, but here's it is!

For the last 7 years OK has been my home, but now it's time to move on! I recently accepted a new job in TX, and will be shipping out next weekend! It's a great opportunity but I'll miss the life I've started building here the last two years.

That being said, I need some help! Like a lot of us are aware jobs don't pay people their worth these; and moving is expensive. I move in about 10 days and I'm extremely low on cash. I need help covering some of the moving costs. I get paid one more time before I move, but I'm afraid it won't be enough to cover moving costs. So, this is where I hope some of you, if you're willing, can help.

I need to raise about $1500 for this move. This money will go to:

• buying more packing supplies

• renting a uhaul

• gas (for myself, and whoever helps me move)

• part of my move-in costs

• my first two weeks of meals

• setting up my new apt utilities

I have tried to apply to relocation assistance programs, but most of them need you to have a physical address or utility in your name. I'll link my cashapp and venmo below, I was going to create a gofundme, but they take a cut of whatever money is put in. I know times are hard for everyone but any little bit helps.
