can beloved blogs stop reblogging ai photos please pleep pleek I beg you to think about how that image would exist. it’s like as soon as it’s got meme text on it or it’s a cute animal no one picks up on it. or really fake reddit posts that if you read even a little bit closely it’s clearly an ai bait post. or just bait generally. I’ve given up on saying in the replies that it’s ai bc they just get mad at me. I’m not perfect, I’ve for sure reblogged stuff and had to go back or not paid super close attention and I rationally understand accidentally reblogging a picture doesn’t equate to someone supporting or using generative AI but I think when it’s several posts in a row, every day, it does speak to a lack of critical thinking about what you’re engaging with online and that kind of behaviour long term is not good! think about what you’re looking at! we can’t just mindlessly scroll and consume 24/7. don’t let yourself get normalized to it!
