I might finally have solved the issue of brain fog after psychiatric meds. And I tried almost everything - from multivitamin tablets to adaptogens. I bought myself nicotinic acid (it’s a form of vitamin b3, my dad told me about it) and after 3-4 weeks of use (30-35 mg per day) I feel different for the first time. I have more energy and I’m more alert mentally. The downside is the occasional flush effect but it’s not too bad for me.
