felix ch 11. rant cause i cant do this - SPOILERS

this update broke me in so many ways it’s hard to explain but i have a very distinct sentiment i needed to share

ill start by saying felix’s route is probably the first thing that got my investment back when fictif was released: he is fun, charming, has the right amount of quIRKineSS an edgy necromancer wizard is bound to come with and the plot / romance balance is well done in my opinion (thank u writers) that being said i can’t help but to feel like we’re kinda…. just third wheeling?? i say this with the most respect possible it is exactly why i find rime and felix’s relationship so complex and heartbreaking and interesting that it ends up paling in comparison to the funny little flirty tidbits you can trade with felix (and rime for that matter lmao) ofc the mc’s story is not only composed of that and they’re cute and solid but i won’t lie, that illustration had me bailing and crying and screaming and slightly rooting for them instead and for seeing how such a strong bond would take the weight of 5 years separated and the corruption of your lover and how all that changes your future without someone new in the mix. i didn’t pay for any options this chapter so idk what felix’s develops on the rime chapter of his life but yeah….  well i just needed to let it out and see if anyone agreedshsh ill keep playing the route and hopefully rime’s too if it ever comes out (and yeah the implication of a possible rime route - the people want it - obviously would show he COULD love again). i just hope felix has the happy ending he deserves
