Has been a long time since I've drawn Tallulah, and I like to think I've improved with her compared to her earlier art. Not sure about the background, but I'm really happy with how I'm getting better at it. Especially the poster; she loves the movie

Getting the show on the road with the DP OC Parade Event, for Day 1: Introductions, with
Archie, the Master of Records and Memory
The Ancient Ghost of Records and Memory, he has many names as the Archivist Ghost. He takes his job very seriously, keeping his lair (a combination of an archive, an impressive library, and a videostore) organized and finding something that needs to be found. Yes, he takes his job very seriously, if it wasn't for the fact that he sporadically and periodically takes naps, constantly misplaces something, and it turns into a search for something to find something to reach something. Because of this, he very rarely leaves his lair, although sometimes he might go through a wayward portal and end up somewhere. Usually he finds his way back, but in his scatter-minded state, he believes he's still in his lair.
Child, I am the Archivist, the ghost of records and memory! I remember everything! I just misplaced something; it's on the tip of my tongue!
Thankfully, his bat assistants Flipnote and Page are more than capable of helping him with whatever needs to be done! Especially in waking him up when there's a visitor to his lair who needs to look up their history and lost items. Even if they drive him batty with how they're never where they're supposed to be sometimes. Very friendly, very eager, and very diligent!
FLIPNOTE! PAGE! WHERE ARE YOU?!
Anyone is welcome to visit, especially if they are invited to pick up their long lost items they remembered having alive. However, in order to find what they're looking for, they'll have to help Archie with something, and the requests vary from time to time.
Ah! Welcome, you've finally arrived, now I need assistance with something. It's on the tip of my tongue, something starting with the letter L and it's used for something in school. I've misplaced it, and now I can't find that blasted book! Where's that tea, I need a cuppa!
His specialty power is called Momento Memori When a ghost dies, sometimes the objects that have value to them in life (tapes, clothes, books, anything that have formative memories) can be formed in the GZ. Sometimes they're lost and appear in Archie's lair. With his batty assistants, he would assemble those items and have them delivered (or a bat finds the owner and brings them to the lair) Archie can tell a story with each item he holds, the more close affinity to the person, the stronger the memories and what drives them. With this power, he takes on a more formal and ancient tone.
Notes: his design is a bit of a combo of a cat and an owl, with a bald spot on his head where it's rumoured that he kept scratching his head for so long it became bald and parted like this. His voice claim would be Dr Doofenshmirtz voiced by Dan Povenmire, a bit raspy/nasal, slightly high pitched. In terms of dating, he doesn't care for that. He's too busy trying to find something for something and it's a cycle. And he's having a nap.
He's very blorbo-shaped~
Mr Memphis's hellhounds!
Top men are Ryker (his left hand man) and Dexter (his right hand man).
Ryker is a guy looking for a good time, a good fight, and very much a fiery fellow with a powerful nose strong enough to smell emotions. Alt form: doberman named Rykerr
Dexter is a guy who is tasked with keeping his partner in control, but also is eager to get into a fight. Alt form: rottweiler named Dexterr
Some hellhounds act as bodyguards for Mr Memphis, guards to keep the damned in line, and even his delivery and messenger to collect debts.Mr Memphis also would name the dogs after the guards, mostly as a joke because humans don't notice. And demons and hellhounds are fairly secret.
Lucius Memphis. The owner of Helios Co, a pharmacy company that utilizes supernatural products (cleverly disguised for the mortals) and set his sights on Amity Park, for that rare halfas and ghosts. Voice Actor would be Patrick Page from Hadestown, aka Hades. Smokes blood blossoms almost daily, but he doesn't get lung cancer. He's a demon from the UnWorld, and is one of the top rulers there.
Ever since listening to Hadestown and getting stuck with the idea of the Unworld (Butch Hartman, thanks for the interesting idea of a place where humans and ghosts can't use their abilities)
He's the one who has Poise under contract, and his lover.

It's rumoured that he's the Mephistopheles from Faust. Not proven however.

Will steal your gf's clothes and makeup. Has more than one occasion stolen Kitty's skirts and jackets. And Ember's boots, shirts, and pants. Actually any pretty clothes.
Tall with Elegant Legs, so just shy of 6ft
An adult entertainer/performer who may or may not shadow as an unconventional sex ed teacher at Casper High. His life was a hazy blur, but he had OD'd, and basically makes his afterlife a performing party as a way to cope. Especially because he's enslaved to his murderer, someone more demonic than he appears to be.
Unsure on powers, but something to do with potions and how he can exhale smoke of different properties depending on the substance and context.
Absolutely LOVES to bother Walker. Can't stay arrested, because he slips out of the cuffs like no one's business, and enjoys teasing Walker like nuts. Poise: heeeyyyy babe~! Walker: Sitting on my desk when I am doing paperwork is against the rules.
Drapes like a cat. Also hates being sprayed with water.

shush, it's belated Meant for last week, but it's post Halloween, it counts! Anyway, it's the disaster trio in their costumes! Zed as the Riddler, Violence as Venom, and Keen as a classic vampire. They would've made a more elaborate costume, but the robotic tentacle arms keep putting itself into knots.
And yes, Violence can change parts of herself, but for the sake of costuming, she covered herself with black substances. Engine oil, black paint, anything. It's going to be a long bath for her, but it's the price for candy and Halloween!
