Eyes widen-- it's been another interval lasting a forever and a half since they'd last seen each other. Proved to be quite the pleasant surprise, putting Seto's cheery expression into consideration. The heart grows fonder with absence, right? A repeated phrase that's been put into place with all of the Mekakushidan thus far. Pretty appreciative.

"Mary!" The male exclamates. "It's been foreeever! How's it going with you?"

The boy’s exclamatory jolt adds on with heavily gestured cheeriness. This was a huge relief, actually; a lack of familiar faces definitely proved enough to spark a bit of anxiousness in anyone.

“I haven’t seen you around in a while! How’re you?”

It’s been a while since she saw him, slightly relieved to see he’s doing fine. She herself hasn’t seen many familiar faces before, she knew the feeling.

“I could say the same.. I’m alright. You though?”

"So-so, I guess!" He shifts one hand up and down, gesturing actions alongside words. "Could be better, but that's how it always is, right?" A sheepish grin makes its way onto his face-- now that he's sure everyone's in one piece, there's no need to worry anymore, right?
