I'm on a healthier part again and thought I would share with you lovelies! I've been having lemon water everyday for this past week to help cleanse and rejuvenate me. So far I'm noticing my complexion improve. ☺️
Lunch today: Pita pockets with roast beef and veggies, baby carrots, homemade iced magic coffee, and applesauce (not pictured) 😊

Hello lovelies!!! Looooooonnngggg time no see and I'm so sorry! I've been unbelievably busy with this new bundle of joy. He's my whole world now but I definitely need to find more ways to get back on the healthy track with losing weight. I'm starting a two week protein shake liquid diet to jumpstart things but I'll be transitioning from that right into good, clean, healthy eating! I'll start sharing posts again of food, exercise, and life. I hope you all are doing well! 😊
