The best choice in my life was to audition without listening to my parents. The best choice is that I chose this job. This was also a challenge for me. Rather than saying I didn't listen to them, I told my mom about the audition, but she thought I wouldn't pass. But I got a call that I passed, and I became a singer. So I think it was the best choice for me to audition to become a singer. Thanks to this choice, I was able to debut as Red Velvet and become a DJ.

When our parents ask us something, we often don't answer them kindly, especially when they ask about something complicated to explain. I answer kindly at first, but I answer unkindly as I get frustrated. And although this has nothing to do with it, I don't know if I can say it's heartbreaking, but my parents seem to forget things often. They often ask me about my schedule. For example, they ask me, 'What are you doing today? What's your schedule for tomorrow?' When they ask such things by text message, they don't forget. But when they ask me directly, they often forget, and I answer bluntly. But when I was young, they kindly taught me everything I asked. So now, I regret being unfriendly to them when it wasn't a big thing.

I'm not living with them right now, but when we lived together, even if I went home at 4 am because of my schedule, my mom wouldn't sleep and would wait for me. but sometimes when I'm so tired and exhausted, when I go home from such a hard schedule, my mom prepares a meal for me in case I haven't eaten. She makes my favorite foods and waits for me. It's so touching for me that she's waiting for me. When that happens, I think this is my home and my family is the best.
