Now if that ain’t the exact opposite of a samurai’s death! (He shrugs) Well, in the end, they still resented us for my grandfather’s actions. ????: (She flies over on her kinshi and holds her hand out to Izana) Izana, we’ve gotta hurry! I’ve received word that the main entrance is about to be invaded.
Izana: Oh no… They’re probably in big trouble!! (He takes ????’s hand and gets on her kinshi) Reina, I’m ready to go!
Reina: Hold on tight, kiddo. (She holds onto the reins and flies quickly on her kinshi) Hah!!
Izana: (He looks down at the ground as they fly) Gods… (He shuts his eyes and holds onto Reina)
Reina: (She shakes her head at the bloodshed on the ground) …This war is terrible. But… we can’t give up on obtaining peace, Izana.
Izana: Y-you’re right, Reina… I won’t give up!
Reina: (She grins) Good attitude! … (She lands her kinshi in front of the entrance and looks around) …This isn’t good… They’re already inside. (She dismounts and helps Izana down)
Izana: (He runs inside the entrance with Reina and looks around) !!! (He grips his fist) This is so awful…!!!
Reina: (She cringes at the dead bodies all over the floor) Damn…! These are even some of our men. (She grabs Izana’s hand) Remember what we’re fighting for. We need to get to the throne room, now.
Izana: (He tears up) …!! Okay! (He nods and runs off with Reina)
Reina: (She approaches the throne room with Izana) …? It’s already open… Oh no…
Izana: Mom?! Dad?! (He runs over to the throne room door)
Reina: Izana, hold on!! Don’t go in there!
Izana: Mom, are you okay?! (He runs into the throne room and looks around) M-mom? Dad?? (He looks at the bodies in front of the thrones) …….
Reina: (She runs in and looks at Annusil and Masanagi’s bodies) This… is…!! (She backs away) The emperor… and empress…!
Izana: (He trembles and approaches their bodies) C-c'mon now… This is a joke isn’t it?! Ha ha! It’s not very funny!! ^^; (He kneels down to Annusil’s body and shakes her) Mom?? … Mom…?! (He shakes Masanagi’s body) Dad, you-you’re a strong samurai warrior… you can't… you can’t just…?! (He blinks as tears fall from his eyes) Die…?!
Reina: Izana, w-we need to leave… Please! We need to alert someone of this… (She looks down)
Izana: (He trembles as the mark on his forehead glows) No… no… no… NO!!! (He begins to transform as a purple aura surrounds him) GRAHH!!! (He stands on all fours in his dragon form and hisses)
Reina: Izana, s-stop!! (She runs over to him) Please listen to me, child! I know you are angry and confused… and hurt… But please, you have to remember–!! (She was blown back by Izana’s tail) UGH!!!
Izana: (He hisses and glares at Reina) ?!
Reina: (She stands up and walks over to Izana) Urgh–! (She holds her stomach and coughs) … Izana… I know this is hard to look past… it is your parents lives that were lost. But you must not continue this hatred-filled war!! (She touches Izana’s snout gently) I know you can hear me…!
Izana: (He trembles and hisses) …. Mo… ther… mother… (He looks back at Annusil’s corpse) Mo… ther…!!!! (He returns to his human form and falls into Reina’s arms) Mother… mother…!!!! (He hugs Reina and cries) WAAAAAAH!! It’s not fair!!! Reina, it’s not fair!! I hate this! I hate this!! (He sobs and holds onto Reina) Reina…!! Help…!!!
Reina: (She tears up and holds Izana) I know… I know… I’m here, young master. (She picks Izana up and looks back at Masanagi and Annusil’s corpses) … Damn it all…!!!! (She carries Izana out)

Reina: (She pats Izana’s shoulder) Don’t say that, child. These people believe in you. (She smiles) Even Cheve knows that you desire peace.
Izana: …Well… (He smiles) Alrighty!! I’ll do my best.
Reina: Good attitude! Now go on out there.

Izana: … (He smiles and looks at ????) I’m ready, Yoshito! I’m not scared. I have a job to do! I need to stop this war… so Izumo and Cheve won’t suffer anymore.
Yoshito: We are thankful, Izanagi. (He picks up the wreath and nods)
Izana: Ah! Er… (He stands tall and nods) Do I stand like this?? Am I doing it right?! ^^;
Reina: (She laughs) You just be yourself, kiddo.
Izana: Oh… right. :’D
Yoshito: Now, let us begin… (He waves his hand at the crowd) … (He clears his throat as they quiet down) … People of Izumo, thank you for attending this coronation! The war between us and Cheve has been brutal, but there is hope. And that hope is our new Emperor! Now… (He stands behind Izana) By the wishes of the late Emperor Masanagi… And the late Empress Annusil… I hereby declare the young prince of ten years, Izanagi Kudou, the youngest Emperor in Izumo history! (He places the wreath on Izana’s head)
Izana: (He blinks as the crows cheers loudly) !!! Oh… Eh~ (He waves at the crowd) o////o; ~
crowd: (They cheer and clap loudly) !!!!

Ilima: (He nods) Mhm. It is meant to be a story without a happy ending. In the original story from the 1700s, the two committed suicide. They hung themselves together, hand in hand. Similar to many old stories. (He smiles) But that is taken out in this script.
