This incredibly fake facade where people pretend to care about work ethics until it comes down to being able to abuse their power and picking their favorites is something i been loathing for most durations of my life, and has been unavoidable. The sad part is feeling like u have no choice but to stay, especially when it's a job rare in a sector and/or not common to find companies searching, making it so you simply gotta endure. Or, ofcourse, take the risk, rip the band aid off and just try to look for a new place hoping it won't be like the last one, if not worse.

But fuckit, we ball, no?
