“oh my gosh- stop it.” tara laughed, gently nudging her friend. “if you need any help let me know!!” she said, “yeah, just make sure you got your ducks in a row or that won’t amount to a hill of beans, babe. we like to keep it light hearted- maybe a dg only bon fire and then we get to business, so no one is entirely tired of each other yet.”

“yeah, truthfully i’m not all that concerned about leading it. everyone voted me and i think i can do good. i’m just excited and like excited nerves.” she beamed. “plus i got to observe as vice president for a while which was awesome.” she mused. “how’s your love life? any buzz?”

he glared at her “good comeback there,” he chuckled shaking his head. he drove along in the slow traffic since everyone was trying to do something at the very same time. he wasn’t a fan of traffic but he rolled down the window to feel the small breeze and get some sun in himself. he took his hair out of his bun and let it fall down in a shaggy way. he needed a shower for sure, but he’d do that later on. he glanced at her, he wondered what was running through that head of hers. how she was able to be so outgoing in such a way that authority never bothered her. “i don’t want to see you scared and i don’t want you to be scared of me,” he said to her. “i’m not trying to be scary. but you’d be surprised at how many people are scared of me because of my size,” he said with a shrug. “so, you’re right, i’m not that scary, i’m a nice guy,” he said smirking back at her.

he glared at her “your dad told you that?” he said. ‘i’m going to have a chat to him. if i’m going to speak to your dad about anything about myself, you don’t have a right to know, it’s inappropriate,“ he said gripping the wheel annoyed. he was more annoyed because she had things over him, he didn’t want her knowing a thing about him. "i don’t care, i can fancy anyone i want, doesn’t mean i’d act on it..” he said shaking his head, driving past some traffic now finally. he needed to get out of car and away from that mouth. “you know what happens to the curious cat right?” he said turning down the long road towards her place. he sighed “here we are, finally. fuck, that traffic was doing my head in,” he said glancing at her. “why don’t you run along and play with barbies, while i wait in your kitchen for your dad to get here,” he didn’t see his car. “I need to make myself a giant fucking sandwich,” he said getting out.

tiffany knew he didn’t like her very much, which maddened her even more that he thought her mother attractive. she looked out the window in a petulant huff as he continued to tell her off. “you know, i could tell my daddy at anytime how you speak to me.” she reminded. “you should be grateful that i’m so nice to you.” she said with a huff but she sat in the traffic, warm and tired just wanting to curl up in her shower.

when they arrived, she looked at him and made a face. getting out of the car and up the long drive way to her house, she opened the door, closing it on his face and she trotted off. the tiny blonde huffed upstairs. immediately climbing into the shower. she took a long shower before wrapping her towel around her. she trotted downstairs with her towel around her and around her hair, she went into the garden with a glass of pink wine and she plopped down on the garden furniture.

he chuckled “that’s great to hear,” he said. “maybe i’ll come by one time, i’ve never actually been in there before, but i heard it was very nice,” he said with a nod. he laughed more “i can’t, i’m sorry,” he teased her. “oh shit,” he laughed. ‘damn, hey i had no idea,” he said to her. “i mean, it works for you, and i’m straight, so i mean, it’s much different to me,” he said to her. he grinned “no judgement, you’re happy right?” he said smiling at her. he was glad she didn’t judge him for that “yeah,” he said “it was intense,” he told her “but, it’s over now,” he shrugged. he laughed “god no way, she thinks i stalk her because she majors in what i teach and i’m at her place a lot. she thinks i worship her or something. she’s a sorority girl.”

“god, the girls would love you. they’d be paying you.” she giggled loudly at the idea of this huge hunk coming in. the girls would melt. all but her. she giggled “you’re fine, i’m not insecure that he’s older. if you saw him, it’d all make sense.” she chuckled fondly. “oh. a sorority girl. that makes a lot more sense why she thinks you worship her.” pixie teased. “try to resist, mkay? she sounds like a bit of a headache.”

“no, no, i’m okay,” tara smiled, “thank you, though. so how’s it been here? done anything exciting? it’s so nice up here, rosie, and so cute- i think i’m in love.”

she sat down beside her. “it’s amazing, a little boring. my folks are away for the week so there’s a lot of solitude.” she giggled. “trying to get that girl trouble head away. it’s working, i think.” she grimaced, since she had no idea since she hadn’t seen anyone in a while. “i’m more interested in how it’s been in dg and the city, where there’s life...and things to do.”

“if you feel that way, then go for it. you got to go with your gut,” indie encouraged. “i’m just glad you’re happy, pix. you deserve it.”

she blushed. “i know though. it’s crazy and intense and not at all like me.” she giggled. “tell me about you. i miss you. what have you been up to?” she urged.

“I mean… basically, yeah,” Hannah let out with a shrug, “But, like, he might like having his own place. Moving in together is a big thing.” She pursed her lips, thinking it over before nodding her head, her lips forming into an ‘o’ as she realized they did look similar. Hannah frowned, nodding her head. “For sure, going slow is, like.. a lot when you really like someone,” she agreed, “It’s… torture. No, I get you. You want someone to act like you’re the only thing that matters and that they want to spend all your time with you. I hope time apart helps you with that, or at least makes her realize she fucked up and lost out on a kick-ass girl.” A giggle escaped her lips, shaking her head. “No, but it helped my ass, plus doing squats and shit,” she mused, “Honestly, though! At least your back will go to shit at a slower rate than mine.”

“yeah, that’s true. you’re both still fresh babies.” she mused, thinking that maybe moving in was quite a jump. “yeah, i don’t mind going slow in the sense of not labelling anything but i want kissed when i look hot and not to be considered. i want someone to know i’m what they want.” she said. “and you know me. i’ve never settled and i’m not going to begin, even if she’s....perfect.” she laughed. “but yeah, her realising a fire in her for me would be kind of awesome but i’m trying to just...get over her. which is hard.” she shrugged, embarrassed talking about it at all. “that’s true. i’m glad i’ll have a better back than you.”

“yeah,” vince agreed, “there is always something going on, it amazes me.” he shrugged, thinking about it. he didn’t really do a lot of exploring since he’d been to new york. “i like little italy and chinatown, mostly because that’s all i’ve seen so far. but i don’t know, honestly. i’ll get back to ya.”

“chinatown is pretty awesome.” she agreed as she moved throwing some money at the driver and she hopped out, not exactly telling vince too but assuming he would follow. she haunched down. “come on, cutie. it’s time.”

he rolled his eyes “hey hey, watch that mouth of yours,” he said to her, starting the car. when she was buckled in he drove off, a bit quicker to scare her for a second. “you know what i look like, if you ever saw someone my size out your window, i doubt you’d be scared,” he said. “i’ve never seen you scared before anyway,” he said as he drove along. “and why would i like that your mother is coming home from france hm?” he asked her. “besides, what me and your dad talk about isn’t your business,’ he said. “I knew someone was snooping when i was talking with him.”

“watch my mouth for me.” she taunted back, never really phased with being told off. she was fine with authority, if anything she thrived off it but she liked to push boundaries and him knowing her father gave her special treatment that she could misbehave. despite this, perhaps bringing up going to bed with a vibrator strapped between her legs was a tad too far but being scandalous when she knew people thought she looked innocent was part of the fun she made a face “you’re a geography teacher, why would you ever see me scared?” she snorted with a laugh. “like, you’re not that scary.” the blonde teased.

she leaned back in his car and put her feet up on the dash. “because daddy said you think my mom is sexy. he didn’t mind, he likes it when men want his wife. he thinks it’s a power move.” she said, considering her step mother was a successful sexy french model, her father assumed every man pined for his wife and most men did. “everyone fancies her.” she shrugged. then, she giggled when he said that. “i was curious.” more like she had a weird jealousy over him spending so much time with her dad, his eyes when her mom was present. she hated when men looked at her mother, step mother. she was leggy and classic looking. sexy and fierce and tiffany was all soft and pretty and doll like with chubby cheeks as her mother would say. she didn’t care per-say if he liked her mother, it was that everyone liked her and she over shadowed toffee and most of the time, her mother relished in it.

honey realised what she said almost instantly, she didn’t really know if it was real or not, she was just in a high glow of romance. the girl bit her lip against his cheek, immediately embarrassed and a little angry, not at him but herself. “i didn’t mean it.” she said quickly. “i’ve just never been in like...” she flushed sitting up “nevermind, pretend it never happened.” she chimed, “let’s get dressed and finish up these documents and finally get some sleep.”
