also can I just say that from the snippets of season 7 that i’ve seen/heard of, it literally sounds exactly like a mashup of several different SHIELD fanfic AUs i’ve seen (in a good way but still). Like Coulson being an LMD? May gaining empath powers? Daniel Sousa joining the modern day SHIELD gang? Daniel and Daisy being a legitimate ship? Yo-yo going to Afterlife for help with her powers? Not to mention all sorts of time travel shenanigans (which includes an instance where Jemma has to impersonate the Peggy Carter)?

guys i haven’t been able to watch any of the 7th season yet, but all the tweets and insta posts and bts photos that the cast and crew have been putting out this past week in preparation for the series finale tomorrow?? yeah it’s getting me more emotional than i thought it would, like i remember watching the pilot live with my siblings and we were all so hype for this cool new marvel tv show led by that funny guy that was killed in the avengers and i’ve been hooked ever since. Getting to see all these great characters grow and develop, not to mention the intriguing plot arcs and great action. This was the first show i really experienced being a part of a fanbase and sharing theories and reactions and edits. The emotional rollar coaster of all the cancellation scares that came with each season’s end (remember when we all were dead sure that season 5 was the end end and the crew even filmed it as such?) but we made it to the SEVENTH season and the show’s length didn’t harm the story and characters but only made them better and better and I just... wow.. i just really can’t believe this show is actually ending
