It has been awhile, but needed somewhere to put my thoughts. I haven’t really done much, well that was a quick lie. I have been. Been busy flying around the world day to day. Just been too occupied with living in the moment that I just haven’t had the opportunity to reflect on it.
Anyways, life is taking a turn on me, my weight and outer image has changed and not for the better. I’ve gained weight through this job and lack sleep thus my body is taking a big hit.
Trying to get my life back together! Working on my mental, emotional and physical happiness.
And I think the best way to do this is to change my day to day choices on what I do, who I see, what I eat and when I do it all.
For now, I’ve been doing a little research on meal plans, exercising routines and when to do it. I have a girl’s Vegas trip at the end of July. If I start my dieting and exercising now I can see some result at the end of the month. And I also have a wedding in Vegas in November with the man I am see. I want and need to look good. I hate feeling so self conscious about how I look and feel. They tell me otherwise but I know what and how capable of looking. So I am, and will get to the healthy ideal weight I had before.
Plus what’s a better revenge than to show em you are better without them! <3
