//God I've had a rough week but I'm back for a while.. would anyone like to plot?
At the question, Allison stopped, shrugging her shoulders lightly. “It’s not a song. Not one that exists yet. I’m just whistling.”
"Oh," Corin said, resting her head on her hand. "I was hopin’ it’d be somethin’ I haven’t heard before. Everthin’ I listen to has gotten pretty borin’."
She looked back down at her book and sighed in defeat. She closed it and shoved it to the side.
"Well, you've never heard it before," she pointed out. Running a hand through her hair, she glanced at the book in the girl's hands. "You okay there?"
thesingingwitch:
"You never know who’s an axe murderer," she stated, obviously joking although her voice was deadly serious.
Ania chuckled, then held her hands up. “No axe. Not a murderer here. But I get that,” she smiled. “I’m Ania, by the way.”
"You may not be carrying an axe now, but how do I know you don't have one stashed away at home?" Allison shook her head, her hair falling into her eyes. "Allison."
erintheweirdo:
"Just in case I’ve got to scram," she replied, a small smile appearing. "You never know when the time will come."
Surprised by that, Erin blinked a couple of times and kept frowning at Allison. “Scram?” she murmured, and shook her head lightly. “It sounds as if you’re running away from something, or someone.”
Shaking her head, Allison gave her an assured smile. "I'm not running away. Not yet. If the opportunity arises, who knows? But right now, I guess I'm going home."
Your parents, what did they do to you?
They ignore me.
"You’d know all about that, wouldn’t you?"
"What makes you say that?"
"You seem like the kinda guy who has a lot of friends."
erintheweirdo:
"Everything." It was a pretty vague answer, but she felt as if she had. Wandering around the city alone had it’s perks as well as it’s disadvantages. Patting the bag slung around her shoulder, she grinned. "I’ve got my bag packed. Just in case."
Erin was smiling, but that last statement made her frown softly. She glanced at the bag Allison was carrying and then looked up again, a little confused. “Just in case?” she asked, unable to contain herself.
"Just in case I've got to scram," she replied, a small smile appearing. "You never know when the time will come."

Sitting down on a wall outside, Allison was revelling in the feeling of actually being away from her bedroom. She liked being alone out here, but that was soon interrupted when someone came along and say beside her. She glanced at them with a raised eyebrow, hoping that if she stared enough they’d leave.
『♈』Izzy ate a bag of chips, noticing the girl staring at her. The looks that she got never bothered her, like most things. "You’re not very scary, you know…"
"I don't aim to be," the brunette replied, raising an eyebrow. She then realised the girl wasn't going anywhere and looked forward again, sighing.

In the cold silence of the room, Allison realised there was only her and a stranger in there, seated at two separate tables. Glancing at them momentarily, she looked down again and started to whistle under her breath, breaking the silence.
Corin stared down at the book in front her, attempting to make out the words on the pages. She had left her glasses at home, so finishing this chapter and doing her homework was going to be impossible. She looked up for a moment to the only other person in the room, but looked back down at the book.
"Why the fuck did I leave my glasses at home, I’m so stupid…" She muttered to herself.
She looked up again. The girl was whistling. “Hey, what song is that?” She asked.
At the question, Allison stopped, shrugging her shoulders lightly. "It's not a song. Not one that exists yet. I'm just whistling."

In the cold silence of the room, Allison realised there was only her and a stranger in there, seated at two separate tables. Glancing at them momentarily, she looked down again and started to whistle under her breath, breaking the silence.
Rather sensitive ears Mary had, being trained to catch a child’s whisper that could change everything about her approached, so it took no effort whatsoever to catch the whistle. She turned her head, and kept her gaze at the stranger.
"Yes?"
Stopping her whistling, Allison raised an eyebrow at the stranger, glancing over her shoulder. She must have thought that she was trying to catch her attention to tell her something. "Yes?"
thesingingwitch:
"No, I'm not bothered," Ania said, "it's a free country and you can sit where you want." She sighed. "Are you always this wary of people?" Ania paused. "That was personal. Sorry."
"You never know who's an axe murderer," she stated, obviously joking although her voice was deadly serious.
"I’m just curious," she replied defensively, sitting up properly. "I’ll tell you what I’m afraid of. Wasps and needles." And being forgotten. But something was stopping her from pointing that one out.
"Allison."
"Fair enough. ‘M afraid o’ clowns." And her loved ones dying.
"—Lou Ellen," A nod accompanied her name. "Charmed."
"Clowns. I always liked clowns," Allison grinned, her voice soft. She nodded at the name. "Yeah. Charmed."
Letting out a rare laugh, it sounded rusty, as though she hadn’t laughed in a long time. Which she hadn’t. “Yeah. Yeah, I’d like that.”
Kanika laughed lightly as well, glad that the girl still wanted to be friends. ˝Now… about that drinking. You do drink, right? I mean, if you don’t, we can always nick something else, you know?˝
She nodded, although the quantity at which she drank wasn't as high as she'd let on. Still, she wasn't exactly lying. "I do prefer vodka over other drinks."
Allison couldn’t help but smile back, burying her face in the piles of junk on the table. After a couple of minutes, she looked back up. “What scares you?”
Clowns, she thought. There was actually a lot of stuff that scared her, now that she thought about it.
"Not tellin’ ya. Yer gon’ use it against me. ‘M not stupid, y’know." Another grin adorned her features.
"—I never caught yer name."
"I'm just curious," she replied defensively, sitting up properly. "I'll tell you what I'm afraid of. Wasps and needles." And being forgotten. But something was stopping her from pointing that one out.
"Allison."
Looking at Kanika as though she were insane, there was still an edge of hope in Allison’s eyes. “Then you must be the insane one.”
˝Then we definitely need to be friends.˝ Kanika grinned. ˝You know, we can be crazy together or something… how does that sound, hm?˝
Letting out a rare laugh, it sounded rusty, as though she hadn't laughed in a long time. Which she hadn't. "Yeah. Yeah, I'd like that."
Hearing someone come back, she peeked out from under her hood and bit a nail. “Back so soon?” she asked, half-smiling at the girl. “I thought I scared you away.”
"Nay. I am not scared away tha’ easily. Y’wanna scare me away? I suggest y’try harder." The mere thought of this girl scaring her away (after everything that she’s been through already) was laughable, really. The girl gave the other a wry grin.
Allison couldn't help but smile back, burying her face in the piles of junk on the table. After a couple of minutes, she looked back up. "What scares you?"
