i've had a theory since the beginning of the series that tiger never had a cat allergy. at first, i thought his mom hated cats and said he was allergic so he would stop asking to adopt one. now, in ep. 9, we find out she loves cats, but i still think i was kinda right about tiger not being allergic... tiger's dad shows lynx a pic of him as a child holding a cat, and let's be honest, the only thing we've seen so far is tiger scratching himself. i'm no expert, but tiger shouldn't even be able to enter the café. he spends most of his time there, and we have a few scenes where he holds the cats (i know he always uses a blanket), but he even sleeps in a room full of cats. come on, wdym this is his daily life??? he shouldn't even be able to breathe in these scenarios.
so, in my new theory, he never had a cat allergy, but his mom was so afraid of losing him after it had been so difficult to have him, that she panicked when he had an allergic reaction in his eyes (to me, it was caused by something else, but since he was near the cat at that moment, the blame fell on the cat) she then concluded that he was allergic and never let him have contact with cats again.
i really hope my theory is right, not bc i want to be right, but bc i know how much tiger loves his cats and i really want him to be able to play with, touch, kiss, and enjoy his babies without fear.
