Suddenly, Out of nowhere, a purple portal seemed to open out of thin air in the scrapyard. Briefly after, a short curly haired woman slid out with fire trailing behind her.
And she was covered in soot.
Goodness! Teleportation really hasn’t gotten any easier, huh?…Wait this wasn’t Kayssie’s house. The Portal closed behind her and she shook the soot off of her body. K.J. took a look around and realized she was in a scrapyard of some kind… She didn’t even know where the heck this was! How did she miscalculate this badly?
“Okay I know I’m rusty, but I haven’t mis-teleported this bad since I was 14. Where the heck am I?” K.J. pondered aloud, assuming she was alone. Clearly she was both oblivious and mistaken.
~ There, Sitting in Pure Shock A Few Feet infront of K.J. Was a Set Of Four Robots and a Girl No Older Than 16 Just.. Staring at her. The Orange One was the first to break the Silence as He Whipped his Helm around in annoyance as a Low Churr escaped from him. ~
“ BASS YOU HAD ONE JOB-”
“ Oh Don’t You DARE Blame this on me-”
“Who’s the ONLY Bot here who opens Up Purple Portals!?
” VOIDS AND PORTALS ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ENTITIES AND YOU OF ALL BOTS SHOULD KNOW THIS!! PLUS I’D THINK I’D I KNOW IF I DID THIS-“
*At Least I’m pretty sure..*
” Can You Two Not Right Now?“
Wait... voices? K.J. tilted her head up and....Robots...just giant robots.
“...Huh...” K.J. barely said anything. The psychic girl just watched for a bit as they bantered back and forth. She took a seat on the ground and pulled out a can of soda from seemingly her back pocket. Giant robots were surprisingly not a new thing for K.J. So while this wasn’t the norm for her, she could mentally deal with this. As their conversation headed towards purple portals, K.J. Felt she should clear up the misconception here. She raised up her free hand high in hopes this would help guide attention to her.
“Um...Hello? Hi? Yeah. That portal thing was me actually. I-I did that with my teleportation. Also... where is this?” K.J. attempted to explain and also ask. Misconceptions are usually not a good way to start when meeting new people...or robots.
