(Paintchip stares at the hamster bottle. She is hungry yet accepting that feels like a blow her her own sence of person. And being called pet sure didn't help.)

"I'm not hungry.."

(She doesn't wanna drink outta that thing. Shes a person. But she's hungry.. It would be good for her to eat. Should she? Just so she could survive?)

(Paintchip contemplates telling her reason for not excepting before but ultimately decides against it)

*The hamster bottle stopped, but it didn't come back within reach.*

Oh? But I thought you said you weren't hungry? Tsk tsk, changing your mind so quickly... Maybe we should wait a while until you're feeling a little more decisive.

*The bottle starts rising again, but slower, almost tauntingly.*

"No! Quasar. I'm hungry ill eat from the stupid bottle!"

(Paintchips antenna twitch and she moves to the edge of her bed.)

"Stupid bottle?" Well, that's not very kind of you, is it? Maybe you'll feel a little more grateful if I give you some time to think about your behaviour.

Dreadwing was soon to arrive, his tall and intimidating stature looming over Paintchip. "Follow me." He sternly spoke, forcefully grabbing her by the arm.

(Paintchip slightly yelps)

A small ship arrived at Fort Quasar, it was somewhat nice but plain.

There was an incoming Comm coming from the ship. "This is Dreadwing, awaiting permission to land."

*The hangar doors creaked open, shaking loose years of space dust.*

Enter. I have been awaiting your arrival.

The ship slowly moved forward, landing inside the Complex.

Stepping out, Dreadwing took in his surroundings, had had only heard of the prison before, he had never been inside of it.

*It was clear that it had once been quite the sight to behold, but now it was cold, empty, and abandoned. It hadn't been used in a long time, and was in desperate need of care. Paint peeled around the edges, the occasional light flighered, and space mites skittered under loose panels to hide*

Welcome. I do wish I could have been a little more presentable for our first official meeting, but the years of vacancy have not been kind to me.

He shook his head. "It's fine, the years have not been kind to me neither." He sighed.

"So, mind giving me a tour? I would like to know all about where I will be living for the foreseeable future."

To your right is the loading dock and entry to the storage bay. Straight ahead will lead you to the main hub.

*Both doors opened, but one of the storage bay doors seemed to stick half-way with a screech of worn gears.*

He narrowed his optics, grabbing the stuck door and pushing it, but eventually just letting go and stepping around it. "I see there's a lot of work to be done." He scowled.

As I said before. I have been in hibernation for a long time now. Everything is a little stiff.

*There were a couple crates left behind in the storage bay, but it was mostly a wide empty space. The lights weren't working in there, and space mites hid in the dark among the boxes.*

*Quasar sighed.* My, this is embarrassing...

"It is alright, I understand how you feel." He walked over to one of the boxes and opened it, stepped back in disgust as dozens of space mites came out.

Vile creatures. They're all over the place. Really, the only place I can keep them out of is the torture chambers.

He grunted in acknowledgement. "I will eradicate them when I have the time." He left the storage bay and walked towards the main hub doors.

*The main hub was wide and open, high ceilings and massive windows displaying the infinite cosmos and Fort Quasar's slowly-rotating rings outside. It was surprisingly grand for what was supposed to be a prison complex. Two elevators sat at the center of the circular hub, presumably leading into the rest of the complex.*

There should be a map in the elevator, if it hasn't faded beyond recognition.

He nodded. "Is there anyone else with us, any prisoners?" He questioned as he tried to dust off the old map.

Not yet, but soon.

*The map was a little degraded, but still readable. Several floors were mapped out, as well as each of the rings, but there didn't seem to be any way to reach the rings. No floor numbers, no direction.*

He narrowed his optics, trying to find out how to get to the main controls. "So we have our work cut out for us, then." He grumbled, moving to check if the elevators still even worked.

"You think Tarn will give us any supplies or a repair crew?" He half joked.

I will certainly be requesting such things. I am in desperate need of it.

*Surprisingly, the elevator still functioned. It was shaky and squeaked as it moved. It carried him up to the main control room.*

Don't touch anything. I prefer to operate my own systems.

*A couple screens flickered on, revealing glitchy security footage.*

"He better at least give us some resources so I can repair you myself if I have to." He scoffed, entering the control room.

He simply nodded. "I just want to check if everything is functional." He looked over the dusty controls, making sure not to touch anything, sitting down in the creaky, old pilots chair. "We should start making a list of everything we need."

*One of the screens lit up with the diagnostic data.*

90% of systems are operational, but that still leaves roughly every 1 in 10 things broken. Considering the size of this station, that's a lot of things to fix. Hardly a one-mech job.

The good news is that I may have some supplies left over scattered about. I'm vacant, but hardly empty.
