Another thought just popped in my brain how about old predacon buddy but they accidentally become human by One of the relics and they just have to get used to human life until ratchet and the others figure out how to reverse the effects Predacon buddy would most likely panic a little bit at first but overall most likely will enjoy it considering they get to see the perspective of the others (considering they are the biggest)
I like this prompt, maybe I'll do something with the other Bot Buddy's.

It had to be Buddy…
Buddy was just having a peaceful conversation with Optimus in the main room when something hit their back. Suddenly, they were on the ground looking up at a shocked Prime.
“Prime? What happened? When did you get so big?”--Buddy
Buddy tries to stand up but looks down on their now very human looking hands.
“Buddy, remain calm—”--Optimus
“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!”--Buddy
Ratchet and the others running over.
Buddy nearly gets squashed, but Optimus quickly scoops them up into his servo.
“I DON’T LIKE THIS! I DON’T LIKE THIS!”--Buddy
“Buddy?!”--Arcee
“So that’s where the stray beam went…”--Wheeljack
Buddy clinging onto Optimus’s digits like a lifeline.
“Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.”--Buddy
“Someone please call Agent Fowler.”--Ratchet
Buddy starts panicking a bit.
“Buddy I need you to remain calm.”--Optimus
Buddy’s breathing starts picking up.
“I got him on line!”--Bulkhead
“Good. Now tell him—”--Ratchet
“Buddy!”--Smokescreen
The others turn to look at a slightly panicked Optimus holding a very much limp Buddy in his servos.
“Oh, Primus their dead!”--Smokescreen
“BEEP?! (DEAD?!)”--Bumblebee
“WHAT’S GOING ON OVER THERE?! THAT’S IT COMING OVER RIGHT NOW!”—Fowler
Agent Fowler came running to the base with June and the kids as they saw the bots looking very worried and stressed over the human in Optimus’s servos.
The human in their underwear and by the looks of it were just unconscious.
“Optimus passed them over here.”--June
Optimus carefully places Buddy on the ground where the other humans are.
June beings inspecting them for any injuries.
“Who is this?”--Fowler
“That’s Buddy.”--Smokescreen
“Buddy? But how?”--Jack
“Relic beam, and we don’t know what happened. They were just fine a minute ago!”--Bulkhead
June finishing up the check-up.
“I think they just fainted.”--June
“But why?”--Arcee
“I mean think about it. Buddy just went from being the biggest and tallest bot on the team to suddenly becoming an entirely different species that isn’t as durable as you guys are.”--Raf
“I think that just give anyone a heart attack.”--Miko
“Not a heart attack.”--Jack
“You’re all lucky though Prime. Buddy looks a good 35 heading to their early 40’s. If they were any older and did get a heart attack… Well, the outcome wouldn’t be pretty.”—Fowler
After a couple of minutes Buddy woke up with a pink blanket on top of them.
The kids were by their side the entire time.
The bots a little a bit away to give them some space.
June and Fowler managed to tell Buddy their situation after some research was done on the relic.
The effects would last a good couple of hours and would return them back to normal.
That was good for Buddy.
Now all they needed to do was wait.
Hold on a minute I need to stretch.”--Buddy
“Wait Buddy you’re in your—”--June
Buddy stands up letting the blanket fall off.
Their rather sculpted body etched with stretch marks and scars was clearly presented to everyone in the room.
“Buddy you’re ripped!”--Miko
Buddy tilted their head.
“Ripped?”--Buddy
“She means that you have a muscular body by human standards.”--Jack
“But you are one of the strongest members on the team. Maybe the machine noticed that too.”--Raf
Buddy smirks and flexes playfully like how they had seen in the TV.
“These muscles?”--Buddy
Buddy looks over at June and Fowler.
“Are these even appealing to humans?”--Buddy
“Yes!—I mean—yes they are… rather appealing to humans.”—June
Buddy steps closer to June squinting.
“June are you okay? Your face is looking rather red, dear.”--Buddy
Buddy places their hand on her forehead.
June just gulps a bit.
“You are a bit warmer than usual.”--Buddy
“I-I’m fine Buddy.”--June
Fowler looking at all of this unfold.
“… How long does this last again?”--Fowler
Jack is getting pats on the back from Miko.
“Jack, I think its time for you to finally realize that your Mom may have a type.”--Miko
Jack sighs deeply wondering how he ended up here.
Fowler gave Buddy some cloths to wear for the time being.
Expect the only cloths available were a size smaller than what they were.
Buddy did complain a bit about it being a bit tight but after some tears they were fine.
June is having a crisis.
Fowler is having a crisis.
Jack is having a crisis.
Miko, Raf and the bots are just watching this dumpster fire.
Buddy refuses to be grabbed or man handled the entire time they are human.
The team respects Buddy’s wishes and stays clear of any handling until they said otherwise.
Even refusing to leave the human area unless it was absolutely necessary.
The kids opted in trying to calm Buddy’s nerves and decided to have a movie night.
June and Fowler had to leave for work early, so they left the base before the movie was put on. Buddy still doesn’t know why June was red in the face every time she looked at them.
Now Buddy was snugged in between Miko and Jack with Raf sitting on their lap watching the movie.
Bumblebee and Smokescreen were sitting behind them also watching on the projector. The others had decided to go out on patrol for a bit while waiting for Buddy’s transformation.
Miko managed to convince Buddy to try some human food while watching the movie. Turns out Buddy had a thing for butter popcorn and dark chocolate.
Movie credits rolling in.
“Okay kids let me up. I gotta go stretch.”--Buddy
Buddy stands to the side and begins to stretch their back.
CRACK!
POOF!
A plume of smoke appeared with Buddy’s crack.
Next thing Buddy sees is the top of Smokescreen’s helm.
