This is a blog offering some daily (hopefully) advice and guidance inspired by Rokuyo day, the Tarot (occasionally), some Hanafuda and Omikuji, and possibly other as I see fit, offered for the sole purpose of deeper understanding of what's best for you to consider today as an act of resisting fascism in the US.

NOTHING said here is guaranteed truth - what you do with what is offered is up to you and what you choose to make of it and act upon.

I am not offering personal financial advice, medical advice, counseling, or anything else requiring credentials or licensure. I am just a random nobody interested in helping in a way I know. Not that it matters, but I am in my 40s and a transgender gay man - so you have that little insight as to my energies and where I stand. I am also a socialist by political leaning, but am not anti-liberal and I am for both systematic reform where it works and abolition where reform is impossible/unhelpful. I see reform and revolution as a scale of balance - one side keeps the other's excesses in check.

I've kind of fallen out of the groove of posting daily posts - I felt like I was shouting into the void so to speak, and kind of felt burnt out and uninspired to write like I had been. So I may just move to forecasts for the week instead of daily deep dives.

And for now, since it's a Saturday night and I want to be kind of silly (and maybe insult the regime a bit while I'm at it, or see if there's actually something I can work with here since some of my Infinite Craft pulls have actually predicted things like the Oval Office [bowel] evacuation...

Let's do this. Seven questions using Infinite Craft as an omikuji draw. I throw aside complete nonsense, redraw until something that is a coherent set of words/concept/thing appears.

What will happen at Tuesday's State Of The Union Address?

Oh like we aren't expecting THAT. Of course there will be a mountain of lies and bullshit, as there always is when Rotting Orange opens his proof of being one of the few semi-living creatures on the planet with an anus at both ends and spews enough fecal matter to build a small mountain.

That said, a mountain made of shit is also highly unstable and may collapse upon its creator and builder. Will his fascist, rageful nonsense spew undermine himself and his regime? Will his attempt to look like a strongman instead be his Ceaucescu moment? Will any of the people present call him out on the shit to his face? Any of these things could happen, and I am putting the energy out there to hope they do.

Also, he could just shit himself out the other end again, marking the second time this vile being has brought literal shit to Congress since January 6, 2021 when one of his cultists thought taking a shit on the Speaker of the House's desk was a wonderful idea.

Either way, expect eau de trump merde to reek in the halls of Congress for a while.

What is in the near future for ICE?

A Qatari connection may exist to the detention complex somewhere (whether within the camps being built, funding for ICE, somewhere) and unmasking it may reveal hypocrisies (e.g. with Al Jazeera coverage or lack thereof), hidden donors, or other connections such as the one for Rotten Orange's bribe of a private jet. Look into the financials for ICE and the detention camps and bots promoting ICE and other ICE related stuff and see if you can find a Qatari connection. Pursuing it may pull some threads.

What will happen in regard to Epstein-related developments?

He's in the files, and more revelations from other countries and their arrests and investigations of Epstein files releases (because those files weren't just seen by the general public, you'd better believe they have been and are being perused by many countries around the world, many of which have actual interests in rooting out corruption/compromise/intelligence failures/the operations of human traffickers in their countries, unlike the US, and even the UN is getting involved now) will lead to more understanding of the Rotten Orange and his involvement with Epstein and that entire compromise/blackmail operation.

It is also becoming more clear that for as disgusting and an affront to humanity the crimes against children and others have been, the entire thing was far more about influence peddling and money and using the human trafficking and availability of victims as the lure, not the primary point. It is as much a scandal of compromise, of financial malfeasance, and of money laundering as it is one of sex crimes.

And he is not going to be able to make it go away, especially when others begin to turn evidence abroad or on a state level in New Mexico or New York or wherever else the investigations are happening.

How will the midterm elections change things, and will they be free and fair?

This to me signifies a fresh start, not necessarily so much young or gen z or gen alpha voters or candidates, but a refreshing of politics in the midterm elections, as people want a Congress that takes full advantage of its powers of controlling the executive, of impeachment and removal, of its capacity to hold people accountable. Of course, this can only happen if ALL OF US VOTE and do our best to vote out incumbents who are compromised or willing to go along with the regime. VOTE. Demand change in Congress so that it may use its authority to control and remove a fascist president and cabinet.

What major event will happen in the next few weeks that is bad for the regime, and which those of us who oppose it can take advantage?

Whether it is the suppression of a comedian's free speech, an event so absurd that it is comedic and yet dramatic, or something else that is somehow extremely dramatic and serious and yet also can be joked about and made fun of - this will be our chance. Draw on our earlier humor protests (Portland Frogs, costumes, etc), make memes, call out absurdity and ridiculousness, mock fascism's inherent reliance on being overcompensation for failure at life, and remember that the one thing fascists and authoritarians fear most is being laughed at and treated like the ignorant, backward-thinking fools they are.

Will someone flip on or betray the regime?

We already see signs of this happening with even some triple-trump voters regretting their choices, with even other fascists and rightwingers finding him or something he does repugnant and bothersome (especially around the Epstein files!) and with most people who weren't that far gone (e.g. independent voters, young people) flipping hard against him in polls. Many people who chose him for "economic reasons" (and we all know that was just racism, but anyway) have lost that fig leaf and have been exposed as racist, or if they somehow did see him as good for their wallet, are experiencing financial loss and pain that can't be denied or covered up. The worse the economy gets for the "white working class" the more they will lose the economy defense/capitalism defense, and be confronted with their choices being wrong indeed. Also, labor itself is rising up to oppose him, and even some parts of the capitalist machine are wondering where their promised "greatness" is.

Beware the Ides of March...?

A spoiler candidate may be outed as such and forced to drop their run. This could also refer others who have flipflopped between running toward and from the regime or who have made compromises with it pretending to run in one direction while actually running in another. This also could be irrelevant so I pulled one more to clarify...

A "rat" will make some people in the regime very itchy.

February 10, 2026 仏滅 – Butsumetsu

If you already know what today means, it is just a day of bad luck, challenges, stressors, and problems with almost everything, as well as a day of rebirth through destruction and collapse.

For us, that means to postpone anything that can be postponed until tomorrow, which is Taian, the luckiest day of the week. It means to expect everything from immense challenges to small annoyances. For example, at least two bad court rulings in the US have come down yesterday and today - one allowing for indefinite detention of non-citizens, another allowing for the fascist paramilitary to conceal their faces behind masks. Today is not a good idea to pursue anything such as legal cases or events that could turn sideways.

On a personal level, it means to expect problems. Today will be stressful and not easy. Take time to rest and to consider anything with care and as much patience as you can offer. Try to avoid activities that could have a bad outcome or that have an irreversible outcome. Don't do things that are dangerous - if your plans for today involve DIY projects, long drives, operating heavy machinery you don't need to, urban exploration, extreme sports or even a bike ride, cool off on the adrenaline junkie stuff or even the project that "seems too easy" until tomorrow.

For the regime, this means they will ALSO have bad luck and be experiencing the same fate, as we are all under the same fates. Take advantage of this if you see it in some way - did they file their paperwork wrong? Are they fighting with each other? Did someone have a rage-meltdown and implicate others? Are they unaware they are being recorded? Are they overreaching in a way that will turn public opinion against them? Are they leaking documents or chats or plans? Are they pursuing legislation or legal actions but in ways that are sloppy or full of holes?

This also tells me that members of the regime may be experiencing sudden illness, accidents, or similarly extreme unlucky "black swan" events. Maybe someone will go to the hospital or go bankrupt, maybe someone will make a legal mistake that allows for a state-level prosecution or another country to pursue an investigation or arrest. Expect them to be off-message, and propaganda to be so bad it's hilariously transparent. Maybe trump himself will wobble onstage and say something revealing of something he wanted to keep secret.

Today is a day of bad luck and chaotic spinning-out-of-control failures for all, so keep that in mind.

Omikuji draw

末吉 (sue-kichi) Uncertain good luck 

In contrast to Butsumetsu, this indicates uncertain good luck in some areas. When such a contrast happens, as I noted before, it tells me of good luck at the expense of others' bad luck. Think in terms of a bargain because the seller doesn't realize the value of what they have, finding money or items someone has dropped and that can't be returned to them, an accident or harm where you can successfully sue the person/business that harmed you, or some other situation that's awful for someone else but good for you.

Uncertain small good luck in regard to one's wishes or desires may come, in such a way. Maybe you'll find money on the ground (don't get hurt getting it though). In terms of the regime, you might find a leaked or badly redacted document, a warning of future problems that offers uncertain small good luck in knowing that it will happen and heading it off at the pass.

Uncertain good luck in the way of a person or event being waited for may arrive. Said situation will be lucky in the present, but with a cloud of uncertainty for the future.

Middle good luck with auspice will arrive in regard to illness. On a personal level, this could mean something like being diagnosed in the earliest stages of a disease where its treatment is simple and easy or with a complete cure. In a more negative way, combined with the above, it could (though I am NOT calling it) mean a harmful or obstructive person retires for health reasons, has a health or illness event, or similar that is their awful bad luck, but middle good luck for everyone they're harming.

Travel especially in the auspicious direction of the south will have small good luck despite today's bad luck. Think of things like an accident or roadblock or similar not being as bad as it could have been, a near miss, car trouble but easily fixed car trouble, a travel delay but one that spared a worse problem such as a plane being delayed for mechanical troubles.

Uncertain good luck will happen for disputes today. While today's prevailing bad luck should warn you away from seeking disputes or engaging in them, if one does come to you against your wishes, the prevailing bad luck of the day also applies to your opponent and since they started it, it will backfire on them.

Today has small good luck for lost articles. Along with the above, think along the lines of random drops, leaks, glitches, good sales/bargains where capitalism forgets, and similar things that weren't meant to be lost or are bad luck for the person losing them/needing to fix them, but small good luck for you.

Sometimes life really does just feel like a joke, and today is probably going to be one of those days. Roll with the absurdity, laugh at it (and in the face of the fascists) and hope we get some comic relief of some sort from our circumstances.

February 8, 2026 友引 – Tomobiki

And we're back to "pulling friends," on a day that's lucky all day except for midday. Today, focus on building coalitions, trying to make content that "pulls people in" to resisting fascism and bigotry of all forms, to reaching across divides within our own side. Today is a good day for activities involving mutual aid, friendships, building trust and relationships and connections, and healing broken ties.

Activities and ideas that promise growth, positivity, and improvement will lead to great benefits. Today's energy is that of growing together, "a rising tide lifts all boats." Messaging focusing on things that make life better for everyone may do very well today, especially in contrast to the regime's obvious goal of only making things better for trump and his bootlickers or for white people. Think along the lines of a community rebuilding itself focusing on getting people out of poverty or suffering, and how doing so helps everyone involved in the development of empathy, the growth of new systems better than the old.

For the regime, again, they seem to have the negative side of "pulling in," as things such as the Epstein files have proved. I am seeing the concept of flies swarming a broken sewer, if that makes sense, as this is how I personally view that entire nightmare, not as some sort of world-spanning conspiracy, but one of the worst failures of modern human culture and society somehow pulling in those drawn to it.

The flies, originally, were sole flies, but as each fly became drawn to the sewer, other flies joined in, and then more and more flies for whatever their own purposes, breeding, feeding, whatever. In the same way, awful people and those lacking ethical and moral grounding were drawn to Epstein - whether to abuse children, or to seek someone who appeared an endless fount of money and power, or to meet other people, swarming like those flies on the sewer, and as they did so, joining their own horrific actions into networks of people doing the same just as the multiplying flies become swarms of flies.

The regime also wields its bigotry in the same way - being drawn to hate, to racism, to bigotry unites people like ICE agents and others, while binding them into a compact where they refuse to leave the sewer and yet, if the sewer dries up or is closed off, they will themselves scatter off to the winds.

This is instructive for us in that we need to analyze similar situations and, in effect, not allow for any other such broken sewers in the future and immediately work to fix them/address the problem BEFORE they become a mass problem of compromise and corruption and coverup. Much of our work post regime will consist of, in effect, making sure all of the pulled flies do not scatter to the winds, but instead meet flypaper and flyswatters. Which means one thing we should push for are stronger restrictions on the things that make the broken sewers - whether it be fighting harder against misogyny and abuse enabling, or for stronger anti-corruption measures and wealth/power breakups to prevent future problems.

Omikuji pull

小凶 (shô-kyô) Small bad luck 

There will be small bad luck today in the afternoon, especially involving wishes and desires, studies and learning, and building new projects. Expect small annoyances, losses, and misunderstandings in all of these matters, and if something can be done before noon or after 3 pm your time, consider doing it then.

There will be good luck however, in regard to a person or event being waited for or expected.

For the regime, the same mostly applies. Take advantage of this if you must do something that involves them or engages with anyone from them or the like, or consider being one of the annoyances and thorns in their side around afternoon time with a form of malicious compliance or annoyance.

Auspicious direction is East. Inauspicious is West.

Infinite Craft Pull

Right now, the world suffers from the cancer of extreme wealth and growth in directions that are unsustainable. We need to seek solutions outside of capitalism and toward growth that helps pull people out of suffering and poverty and abuse, rather than toward and into it. The accumulation of wealth is like a cancer on the planet and on the ethical and moral capacities of all.

Much like transmisogyny, it is a type of bigotry that primarily targets one group of trans people, but is used against all trans people, because transphobia uses&intersects with both systemic misogyny and tool of bigotry androphobia in whatever way it can to do the most harm"

February 6 2026 赤口 – Shakku

(Sorry I'm late again, went to bed early last night)

Shakku is a day of bad luck, misunderstandings, wrath/rage/anger, accidents, and mishaps, with only a short window of good luck in the afternoon of your local time.

It refers to the colors red, yellow, orange, the literal translation being red mouth. It references dragons, fire, and wounds. Verbal arguments and even physical altercations are also likely.

For us, that means BE CAREFUL in all ways. Like even not just on a political level, but on a personal safety level because something like an injury or personal/local disaster can put you in a place where your personal health or recovery prioritizes over other things you need to be doing on a larger scale.

Fire is a major hazard today - check your smoke alarms, practice fire safety, and be very careful of anything involving fire, guns, or things that could go boom - or anyone around you using those.

On a protest level specifically, this means two things - beware of anyone who might try to lure you into using bombs or arson as these are well known means of entrapment by the regime, as no legitimate resistance efforts want to go into terrorism. Anyone who tries to talk you into that is 100 percent a regime functionary trying to get you locked up. NEVER TRUST THEM on today or any other day! This also means to beware of the regime itself using tear gas, pepper spray, or explosives to harm nonviolent and peaceful protestors - if you are in a place where protests have escalated to the use of gas or spray, take proper precautions and stay back.

Sharp implements are another problem - if you could cut or scrape or scratch yourself or worse on something, take great care with it so you do not do so. (I almost sliced my own fingertip chopping apples for my dogs yesterday but luckily missed. Glad it wasn't today!)

Car accidents, bad driving, and road rage are risks as well. If you must drive, be careful driving and parking. Be cautious of other bad/impaired drivers and people making bad mistakes driving. Do not let yourself be drawn into road rage or arguments, and if you find yourself pulled over by the police, just STFU and take the ticket to challenge it on a better day in court (preferably a Sensho day :) )

Today will be a day of anger, misunderstanding, and sharp verbal barbs and worse. Avoid arguments, block and ignore trolls and bots, and don't take bait the regime has offered, such as trump's latest dive into blatant racism as a defensive move to hide his involvement in the Epstein files. If you need to call in or call out someone else on our own side, unless you absolutely are done with them and looking to sever the relationship entirely, let it sit for another day.

For the regime, this means they, being the careless, rash, and dangerous thing they are, they will escalate violence, spew racist and other bigoted filth, make rash and disproportionate decisions, and generally be a garbage fire and a trainwreck wrapped all in one.

Take advantage of this where you can: record and document it, don't take bait offered for you to rage at and keep focus on the important things that will unravel them and that can be used for future uses, and keep your eyes out for your and others' safety.

This can also mean there may be accidents and emergencies, including health or injuries or the like, on their own side. Someone may become sick or injured or get into or cause an accident that leads to injuries or scandals. Maybe another ice agent will fall on actual ice, maybe someone will spray himself in the face, maybe even someone important to the point of trump himself might experience a health or injury incident involving sharp implements, needles, fire, or a vehicle, or need emergency surgery. Maybe someone will experience issues from their rage and violence.

Omikuji Draw

In contrast, the Omikuji draw is 吉 (kichi) Good luck.

I interpret this as being good luck at the cost of someone else's carelessness or failures or accident or injury. Think of things like getting hurt but able to sue the person who did it, someone drops money and you find it, someone trying to hurt someone else hurts themselves instead while their intended victim has a lucky escape, or a harmful person becomes injured, incapacitated, or dead, taking them out of their role.

Study, caution, and learning will have great good luck! Take care now, proceed slowly, and inform yourself to counter the bad luck of Shakku and to put yourself on the favorable side of a scenario. Learn something about safety or preparedness or first aid or something similar that will have great benefits either now or on a future day like this.

Health and illness will have half bad luck. Take care for your health to protect yourself, and if you do experience an injury at someone else's hands (from being beaten up by regime functionaries or fascists to a more mundane car accident, fall, or product malfunction) don't just brush it off - document everything and contact an attorney to know your next legal steps, even if this does sound like an accident lawyer ad hahaha...

Disputes, anger, wrath, and accidents may bring good luck but only on the behalf of the winner, and the best way to win today is not to play. Stay calm and rational if at all possible, do not be the one to escalate, and let them fall into their own tar pit. If you must defend yourself verbally or physically, do so quickly, sharply, and decisively.

Today is the best possible contrast to yesterday - the luckiest day of the week in Rokuyo! It's considered the "day of great peace and rest," with the first kanji also symbolizing a person, reflecting personal luck as well as general luck. It's a "feel good" day, one where the cosmos is ostensibly on everyone's side.

For us, that means it's a great day for success of all sorts: new ventures, new plans, building projects, political and social ventures - pretty much anything you can think of. If you or others have been waiting to start something or do something, take this as your green light to go for it! Successful travel, bargains, unexpected gifts or wins, victories of all sorts on personal and wider levels. This is a really good day to choose to Run For Something (seriously, look at how many local offices often go unchallenged just because no one cares about them) or choose to get involved/more involved in local efforts, donations made today will be seen as very lucky to those who receive them, new efforts or ventures are great to begin. Make sure you are registered to vote and that your registration is correct, as well.

While you still shouldn't rely on luck alone in the face of a dangerous situation or truly impossible odds, today is a favorable day to do anything you've been putting off or that has a reasonable chance of success or even a 50/50 chance! Have that difficult or "I don't want to" conversation, go to that event, start studying that thing you've found difficult or bothersome, send that e-mail or letter or make that call, begin writing something, whatever.

For the regime? Unfortunately, they have the same good luck for today. That said, all of the good luck in the world won't make up for the failures of fascism and authoritarianism as a system nor the individual foolishness of the members of this regime. Their good luck may temporarily spare them the consequences of their actions, but with them being the people they are, they may also see it as permission or a chance to overreach. This is best countered by taking advantage of your own power and standing in it to say "fuck you make me" (thank you, Parkrose Permaculture!), to challenge them, to stand against them. They only have bullshit and luck. You not ONLY have luck, you have knowledge, preparation, understanding, and awareness that they are overreaching and bullshitting.

If you think they can make it on sheer luck and bluffing and force? Remind yourself that in the business of luck, trump has gone bankrupt running casinos with the full advantage of the house always winning. Repeatedly. You are facing, in the end, someone who has not the Midas touch but the merde touch, and a movement based on bluster, insecurity, failure, and lies and strategies that have already lost literal wars, repeatedly.

All the luck in the world won't help them dig their way out of the combined weight of bad decisions, ignorance, hatred, and a movement that is born from resentment at failure.

Good luck will come for wishes and desires today. What is it that you wish for, that you desire? Try to focus positively, as much as some of us may want to see a certain not-positive result (or would it be positive if it meant he was gone...?) and seek your goal. Do you want to run for office? Start your campaign. Do you want to demand an impeachment/removal? Call your congressperson. Do you want to attend a protest for the first time? Inform yourself on what you need to do for local protest safety (some areas are safer than others, but be aware either way) and join a protest. Whatever it is, wherever you see yourself succeeding and desire to succeed, get started.

For the regime, they also may unfortunately get some small good luck for their wishes and desires, that said, with most of their wishes and desires being inherently negative, harmful, and pointlessly destructive - that may turn out better for us than for them. Someone who sees their future saved by a betrayal may take the chance to turn on them to save themselves. Someone may be having a very happy and lucky day at the bar - and get drunk enough to let their guard down and leak information. Someone who realizes they can be a successful politician or grifter WITHOUT trump and fascism may leave with a boost of self-assurance.

Moderate good luck will arrive for a person being waited for. Positive judicial decisions, attempts to undermine the regime from official places, other things, people, and events that we are waiting for may surprisingly happen. The black swan may arrive gilded today.

For the regime, they will also have moderate good luck - at least as they see it. They may put all of their hopes in a new strongman candidate, only for another day to lay that candidate's weaknesses bare. They may get a positive judicial decision or thwart a party split or something similar but their lucky day won't last forever, just as our unluckiest days won't.

GREAT GOOD LUCK WILL COME FROM STUDIES AND LEARNING. This is a great day to put your mind to use and learn about something, anything that can help. Legal matters will go very well in regard to learning and wisdom. Studying theory and historical struggles against authoritarianism and fascism from all over the political spectrum, as well as other forms of analysis (personally, I will repeat what I recommend elsewhere, study disaster investigations and such and pay attention to multicausal analyses and the swiss cheese model of protection/defense in depth), will provide new leads and places to see where to focus works. If you need to study or learn anything, today is your day - so pick at least one thing to study and learn.

For the regime, they will also have this great good luck, and for once, that is going to be helpful to us for them to have good luck. Today will be a day of revelations for them, of awakenings. More once-devoted followers will see the horrific treatment of immigrants, the violation of laws and impunity for some of the worst victimizers of children ever, the creation of a concentration camp system, and more and realize they made a horrible choice. Information and knowledge will spread. The truth is not partisan and reality does still exist. If nothing else, trump's increasing health weaknesses may scare people into realizing once he's gone, they have nothing and no one left. Finally, maybe something will become personal for someone - anything could happen that pops the bubble of nonsense they are in and awakens them to what they must do or say. Be ready to assist people who might be whistleblowers or who might be coming to terms with their life for the last 10 years being a bad pastiche of nazi lies.

Today will hold middle good luck for travel, especially in the auspicious direction of the southeast. If there's an event or some other thing which you need to commute or travel to, go. A close call with an accident if going in the inauspicious direction of the northwest is possible because of some factor involved so drive carefully so your good luck can protect you where it can. You also may have good luck with trains, buses, aircraft not being delayed, or avoiding serious problems.

The same goes for the regime, but there really isn't much else to say there except a mirror of what I said above, except for them.

Uncertain good luck will arrive for both business dealings and disputes/arguments for everyone today. Today's good luck from Taian may lead to things that are lucky breaks but still uncertain for the immediate future until they have stronger foundations or are built up more. For us, that means that if you have good luck in business/political dealings today, and/or you have won a legal case or dispute or argument, that you may be on a shaky place and need to immediately build in more to reinforce it, to make sure it lasts.

For them, it means that they overreach or make a bad argument that sounds good on the surface, or have a judicial or legal half-success, but it will ONLY succeed certainly if people comply in advance, if people give up, if it's accepted rather than fought and picked apart in every possible way when they have less luck and you have more, or when it's shown how weak it is.

February 4, 2026 - 仏滅 (Butsumetsu)

"A calamity not even Buddha could overcome," "emptiness," "rock bottom," "total destruction," and at best "a system reboot." These are among some of the many ways Butsumetsu days are interpreted, and that starts today's reading - today is a day of extreme bad luck, failure, starting from nothing, facing down something that looks like near-total defeat and hopelessness, only relying on the compassion of others/fate/the Amida Buddha to overcome.

Doesn't sound very promising, and therefore I want to advise caution today. Today is not a day for major plans, beginning new ventures or ideas, doing pretty much anything vital where you need everything to be on your side. If something could result in an accident, a failure, or serious problems of any sort, save it for another day (perhaps tomorrow, which will be the antithesis of today). Today is a day for caution and taking care, for self-awareness and awareness of the world around you.

Today may be a day of annoyances and problems, so expect things like technical failures, financial losses, accidents, errors, miscommunications and the like. Taking more care and caution may prevent those or mitigate the harm they can cause. If you're generally familiar with the Mercury Retrograde of Western astrology, this is kind of like that in one day. Drive carefully and beware of bad drivers. Take that extra step to save or back up something that a technical problem could ruin. Don't eat that food that's past date but seems okay. Wear your mask. Don't engage in direct conflicts or things that could lead to them if at all possible. Double check your work.

That said, the upside to this is that the regime will be experiencing the same level of bad luck, and has even less concern for taking care of themselves or others, or being aware of the realities of the world. While we may not experience major wins, neither will they, and as they are already at rock bottom expect themselves to dig themselves deeper. While I am not predicting death (no one can know for sure) people who are in ill health may get worse or people may have health emergencies. Legal cases or situations will go badly for them. More revelations from the Epstein files will drop. There may be major failures or errors, where we can take advantage. Specifically I really sense a problem with trump himself, whether he just publicly literally shits himself again or metaphorically does so in having another rage explosion or dementia-related event.

Uncertain small good luck may arrive in regard to wishes and dreams. Something that seems small may have a better result over time or be a new beginning, yet an uncertain one. For the regime, it may have what seems to be good luck but is ruined by their own uncertainty and weakness. To me, the very first thing my mind went to was a mercenary, someone who only pursues wealth and fame at any cost, hopping from opportunity to earn gold to opportunity to earn gold. Obviously, quite a LOT of people in the regime could qualify for this, as might grifters trying to make money off of our side.

Beware of those who are only in it for the profit (whether outright payment or views/publicity/fame.) At the same time, this could mean that someone or multiple someones in the regime are willing to hop to the next source of money or attention, and may betray their current source for a few pieces of gold or a few scraps of positive attention (or for an immunity from prosecution, or to appear to be more moderate)

For some reason I am seeing both JD Vance and Melania as I ponder this. I am not certain why, but both are well known for this tendency.

先負 (Sakimake) Feb 3 2026 part 2

Today is a good and lucky day for patience and low-stress, modest activities. As we enter afternoon and night, we enter the luckiest period of this day.

Keep in mind that sometimes less is more, and sometimes rushing or pushing for something to happen immediately and now can be worse than just waiting for small changes to have big effects. Consider what small habits you can build that become practice (whether donating, volunteeering, making calls, doing one small thing to improve your security or preps, whatever) and focus on one of those today. Activities that involve patience or that are particularly best done/enjoyed in the afternoon and evening will be good today. Take a moment to step out of the rat race and just enjoy the day or something fun.

Also, "one who acts first will be defeated." This tells us to beware of overreach, to act with caution, to take care we do not outrun our best wisdom and guidance in an emotional moment. Do not let yourself be manipulated or encouraged into rash actions because something lesser hasn't immediately given results.

For the regime, this is exposing their weaknesses. They have acted first with extreme violence, overreacted with disproportionate force. They often rely on trump's impatience and rage as a model for their own actions, and do not rely on patience, sound legal advice, or the like. Their own poorly thought and hasty actions leave plenty of places for their actions to be undone and reversed, as well as prevented and countered. Their plans are often leaked and exposed, their reasoning is often pulled straight out of their ass, it's a very vulnerable house of cards due to haste and impatience.

Wishes and desires will have half good luck. For us, that means that some things we want or desire may happen, but those things can also have their own drawbacks or problems that will need to be worked out in the future to avoid spawning more issues. That said, it is a good day to pursue one's wishes or desires, albeit focus on smaller ones with longer term payoffs.

For the regime, they may have some successes but also some failures. Search the fine details on their successes to see how their haste and impatience as mentioned above has left weaknesses and places to maliciously comply or to undermine or to remove entirely.

A person being waited for will have small good luck and may show up just in time or to do something they needed to do for a while. Expect the unexpected good news from people you may not have.

For the regime, this will mean that this may happen as well. They may indeed have someone who will show up for them too. Sometimes they do get a win, unfortunately.

Apt that I am finding it a bit hard to catch up despite going to bed super early last night - today is Sakimake 先負, bad luck in the morning, good luck in the afternoon and night! Obviously one of my favorite days, if you cannot tell.

Today is a day for patience, especially in the morning. Do not rush or hurry to do things in the morning. Take it easy and rest until afternoon or evening, do not push yourself to do events this early.

And in the spirit of that, this is going to be a 2 parter since it's literally only 9 am here, and I do not want to give advice that I am not in a space to do. Second part with full fortune and omikuji for afternoon and evening will be up in a few hours.

February 2, 2026 - 友引 Tomobiki (Pulling Friends/Pull Your Friends)

The fortune for today is good except at the noonday period from 12 pm to 2pm. The concept of "Tomobiki" is that of pulling friends together/pulling friends along with you along your way. It's a good day for sportsmanship, cooperation, and win-win situations where no one loses and everyone gains something/develops deeper connections and friendships. On the negative side, however, it can also mean the pull of negativity or cynicism or failure, sucking others within the maelstrom of one's own problems, failures, or errors.

Therefore, today will be a great day to consider engaging in collaborative ventures, organizing in groups, mutual aid, demonstrations, or any other form of actions or discussions focused on uplifting others as well as yourself. It's also a great day for posting content you hope to go viral or get attention, as your chances of pulling in viewers and participants may be higher than other days. At the same time, it is not a good day to spread negativity or cynicism, to make decisions selfishly or with a goal of a perfect defeat of an opponent. Focus on the people you want to support and assist, and on taking care of your own mental health and emotional reactions to avoid spreading negativity or drawing in unwanted energy. Today is a good day to consider social impact - that you are not an island, that you are part of a wider community and the things you do can impact others in a variety of ways.

See yourself as someone "pulling in," today, not "pushing out." This can also mean something like criminal cases or revelations of activities expanding to draw in and expose/incriminate more participants, financial and other losses compounding.

For the regime, imagine today as being a spreading car crash on a racetrack where racers once aligned to try to win their own goals are now all spinning out of control, crashing into each other while trying to save themselves from the wreck or still win, and yet the pull of the action stops anyone from calling a stop, yet only making for more crashes, more frustration, and more people making foolish or selfish decisions, which causes them to join the pileups rather than doing the reasonable thing and making the decision to stop or not leave the gate.

There is small good luck for one's wishes and desires, which for us means to focus on small victories and moments of success and celebration that can, correlating to the above, build on more and pull in even more successes and more people being happy.

Uncertainty and small bad luck may arise in waiting for important people to make decisions. This means that some judicial decisions may experience minor setbacks that can be overcome later on, there may be disappointment in political leaders or others expected to take on a larger role but who do not at this time. Have patience for whom you are waiting.

Study and learning will have small good luck. Today is a good day to study and learn with others, to collaboratively learn in ways that may seem small but will expand and draw in more learning and knowledge.

Disputes and arguments will have half bad luck. Combined with today being a Tomobiki day and the nature of disputes and arguments to pull others into negativity and more problems, try to avoid engaging in internal disputes or starting drama with people even somewhat on your side. If you must criticize internally today, think in terms of "calling in" and friendly positive encouragement, not in terms of callouts or strong condemnations. Luck on chances taken will be middle good luck. Consider taking a chance on making a new friend, a new alliance, a new mutual aid project or donation, something where both you and the other person will benefit. Do not take chances on something where another's failure or defeat or loss is the benefit, or you have a chance at a great loss. For the regime, they may have small victories or small good luck, but I see this on a personal level noting the above as their capacity to work together is wildly spinning out of control. It's possible someone will betray someone else to succeed or will actually leave, pulling others into the orbit of their actions for good (leaving) or for ill (saving themselves/their reputation at the cost of another) Uncertainty will trouble them, especially around their reliance upon trump himself as the strongman leader, as his weaknesses and failures are exposed more and more. This will lead to people acting on their own behalf, but instead, using my above analogy, turning a double crash into a pileup. Some will seek a new strongman, others will grow in negativity and complaint, pulling each other into that. Some may take lessons from history or from their lived experience worsening, and experience some luck from making decisions to save themselves or move out of the way so someone else gets in the pileup. Perhaps they leak to the media, or promise to turn evidence to a prosecution of some form. Don't take this as absolute victory though, as it may be propagandized as solving the problem when it does nothing. Disputes and arguments will increase between varying factions of the fascist movement itself, between the fascist movement and the business and media establishment supporting it, and these will become bad luck for it that we can use to our own benefit. If even one part of the coalition between capitalism, the religious right, Silicon Valley, the nazis, and all of the others can be pulled apart, that's bad luck for them but good for us.

As yesterday, auspicious direction is east, inauspicious direction is west for everyone. Moves may be made in either direction by either side, so do beware.
