The band releases their first new track since 2014 via BitTorrent. Listen up.
Four years after their debut LP, Torches, Foster The People still defies easy categorization: indie pop that bristles with intelligence, curiosity, and the occasional weaponized hook. 2014’s Supermodel saw the band exploring new territory: acoustic, psychedelic, and electric. Today, they’re sharing the previously unreleased "The Unforseeable Fate of Mr. Jones" with fans exclusively on BitTorrent Bundle.
I recently read an article on CNN about bullying in Japan and it was focused around one particular girl. I was moved by it and started thinking of ways we could help. This is what we came up with:
To help spotlight the global issue of bullying, we’ve teamed up with the Kind Campaign to bring Nanae and her brother to Los Angeles to help write and produce a song and send the Kind Campaign to share their message with high schools in Japan.
