2013

Has been Incredible. This year has really started the process of shaping me into the person i'm meant to be. The person i'm called to be. So what are the favourite parts?

- I met Tim, and fell completely inlove. I spent the year becoming his best friend, and getting to know every little detail about him. It's been beautiful to watch & he has been nothing but an absolute blessing, i just wish i was with him tonight!

- My brother got engaged

- My best friend, became a christian. 

- One of my other best friends got engaged.

- I passed university

- & made some of the best memories. 

2013 wass beautiful, and i feel like its set me up with a pretty good foundation for 2014 to be even better. So much planned that im excited for. I cant wait to see where this year takes me. First on the list though, is brussels with my boy.

Protein Mocha “Frappuccino”

1 Scoop coffee or chocolate flavored protein powder

1 packet instant coffee grounds

1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (you could also use coffee) 

1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa (optional)

1 cup ice 

Blend and enjoy! =)
