I don’t know how you managed to do all of the right things to raise such a bright, eloquent, funny, earnest human. He praises you, and wants to make you proud. Sometimes I think about how all of this is not just changing his life but your life too! You’re watching him get his dreams. But you’re also lashed with the realities of that fame. I want to make sure you know that he has an army around him to protect him.
Heated rivalry brought me to Hudson and I’m so proud of the portrayal he had of Shane. And I know you are too!
Shane is such a nuanced character; that is so hard to portray on screen. But he did it.
Shane reminds me of my own son; quiet, refrained, singularly sports driven, autism.
Hudson reminds me of my own son. Biracial, western last name…. ADHD, smart, funny.
Hudson gave me this hope that the future will be brighter for my own son!
