Hey all! You may have noticed that I kind of dropped off the face of the planet for a while there. Sorry about that! . In the past few months I have left my old job (which I absolutely loved) to move to another state, closer to family and friends. And, my husband’s grant came to a close, thus eliminating his position. All this combined with the fact that I am pregnant (!!), brought a lot of emotional turmoil. It took me a while to wrap my head around everything and feel confident in our decisions and life choices. . But now the dust has settled and we’re in Boston! I absolutely love it here. The green space and nature in the city and the suburb where we live does so much good for my soul. Plus, it’s great to be with old friends and near my parents. It will be nice to have some support when this baby comes! . My new job is pretty good although not as amazing as my last. My husband is still looking for work but we’re hopeful something will come through soon. In the meantime, I’m working on preparing as much as I can for this baby and our new life. I know you can’t really fully prepare yourself but I’m doing what I can and also allowing myself to relax and take it easy. Therefore, I have decided to take a break from this shop for now to give me some more time and space. Thank you all for your support and for following me along on this journey!
