“Keeper Of The Flame” This piece pleases me on many levels. I really love the glow that I achieved behind the figure, making paint look like light is not the easiest thing (at least for me) and I also love the combination of Art Deco and Art Nouveau elements along with a hint of ancient Greek.  It also reminds me of a book cover from a dusty old leather bound volume and that kind of image sparks my imagination, what ancient secrets are hidden inside?
