[ FRANCESCA BADEN. 23. FEMALE. SHE/HER ] is here! They’ve lived in Silver Lake for [ 3 YEARS ] and are originally from [ NEW YORK CITY ]. They are a [ FLIGHT ATTENDANT ] and in their downtime love [ SOCIAL MEDIA STALKING RESEARCHING] and [ SHOPPING FOR ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE DESIGNER CLOTHES TO WASTE HER TRUST FUND ON ]. They look a lot like [ SAMANTHA LOGAN ] and live [ ON SILVERWOOD TERRACE ].
it’s m back with my fourth 😏 where to start with frankie baden......
book smarts are not her strength
but neither are street smarts
just not...smarts in general, mah girl is dumb
but she’s self aware about it and so she gets away with it sorta
anyway, frankie (always frankie, not francesca unless her parents are mad at her, which they usually are), was born and raised in manhattan
she’s a trust fund bb who is content to live off of her trust fund
they bought her a house on silverwood terrace when she decided she wanted to move to LA, which she calls “the cottage”
(it is not a cottage)
she is like kylie jenner in that she’s always trying to get friends to stay with her and live in her house because she’s rich and has extra bedrooms and loves them and hates being alone so is like SLEEPOVER and then just tells them to stay
no like, really, frankie HATES being alone
she is extremely extroverted and wants to be around people always
anyways basically frankie was planning on jetting around the world and not working because, like, she doesn’t have to? and her parents were like......lol no girl
so she HAD to get a job, and she decided to be a flight attendant on a whim, because plans are also not frankie’s strength, and she knew she loved to travel
honestly she uses her work to help her with an attempted travel influencer career but she doesn’t update enough to really have a huge following yet, she’s probably hovering mid five figures, and anyways, most of her posts are chaos on her close friends story
she’s pretty junior so her flight routes change a lot but i imagine she typically tries to get overnights like tuesday-thursday and then does a few commuter flights on another day, so she’s in and out of silver lake a little
she’s a little hoe so you know, take from that what you will
she is the type of person who can find someone on any social media with like, a first name (sometimes she doesn’t even need that) and the vaguest of details. like if one of her friends meets a guy (or just sees one lol) and wants to find him on insta, they tell frankie about him and she finds them in like tops a minute
her pinterest board is here
and two tik-toks that sum her up:

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMe6ELfpG/
wanted connections
idk really yet
friends? plz friends she makes friends so easily so
hook-ups tbh/exes/like i said she’s a little hoe
if someone is a frequent flyer or anything???
i’ll figure this out more
but anyways! if you wanna plot! like this or hmu or yeah!
frankie: i never made a linked in bc i don't really believe in jobs so i have no idea what goes into a linkedin headshot but not boring IS my speciality
frankie: but typically denver/phoenix/vegas/texas/central america, hawaii occasionally, la to nyc every so often, and then short west coast trips a lot like sf/san jose/portland/seattle
Mirella stared through the window of the quaint furniture store, lips pressed tightly together and brows creased. She was always on the hunt for furniture to hoard for staging purposes — and now for herself with her new home in mind. But there was a different vibe here, one that she was still trying to understand. “Did I miss a memo? The person that decided the faux-distressed look was a trend must have also thought that painting quotes like live laugh love on a plank of wood was a good idea.”
-
The amount of money Frankie spent on home decor was.....alarming. Especially considering as a flight attendant, a solid two to three nights a week she wasn’t even in her own home. But she’d buy something and then three weeks, three months, whatever amount of time later, would be horribly bored by it, force a friend or acquaintance and occasionally even a stranger to take it, all in the name to go buy more. “Oh, god,” Frankie said when she heard the other women’s comment. “It’s just, like, moms who spent a few too many hours watching HGTV reruns,” she commented, wrinkling her nose up. “Like, hire a decorator who wasn’t inspired to be a cheap Joanna Gaines knock-off challenge.”
“Hmmm. Somehow, I ain’t convinced. You get a picture of this dude? Or who’s someone famous he looks like?”
-
“No, Tyson, I don’t typically make a habit of taking pictures of passengers on my flights. Unless they’re having a full on break down like some people and I think I might need it in some sort of court case.”
“Was my English not good? Because that’s what I said, only people that don’t have money can turn around and day that money can’t make you happy.” Zehab frowned as he looked back at her, she was either deaf or just stupid and he wasn’t sure that he had the time to deal with either of those two options. “Money makes a difference everywhere, I’ve been enough places to know.”
-
“No, no, I mean, like....” Frankie paused, trying to figure out how to explain what she was disagreeing with, which really was never one of her strong suits. “People who say that are people who are trying to....make themselves feel better because they know if they had more money they would be happy. Like they have enough money, and in theory they should be happy, but they’re not, so they say money can’t make people happy because they have money but aren’t. Does that make sense?” she said, her nose wrinkling up as she tipped her head to one side. It made sense in her brain, but that was often a place other people couldn’t relate with, so.... “I mean, whatever. At the end of the day a trust fund definitely makes people happy. That’s my stance on that.”
“No see, my opinion on the matter is people that say money can’t buy happiness, have never had enough money to make them happy. Sure you can be ok poor but…money makes everything easier and those that say it doesn’t are lying.”
Frankie shrugged up at the male who started speaking, wondering if he was already drunk or something, though his ramblings certainly made sense. “I have plenty of money. And it makes me happy. So I disagree,” she said with a shrug, popping the olive from her martini between her lips. “With the concept, and with your point. I mean, to quote the queen, Ariana, who ever said money can’t solve your problems just didn’t have enough money to solve them. It probably just comes from people who are trying to convince themself money doesn’t matter, but, like, hello? It’s America, of course it matters.”
“Do you really want me to answer that?” he furrowed his eyebrows before chuckling, “I’m kidding. I mean you can prove us both wrong by grabbing the end of that couch,” he flashed her a smile, trying to get it to the other side of the room without scratching the floor. “It’s not even that far.”
-
“No, I really don’t. I mean, I know I don’t, I wouldn’t have asked it if it wasn’t going to prove my point,” Frankie said, scrunching her face up as she tried to deduce if he was trying to insult her or not. If he was, it flew right over her head. “I’m quite content not proving myself wrong. I mean, what if I broke a nail? Then you’d really owe me one.”
