Recalling days in secondary
Before studying secondary school, I was math idiot, most of the time failed in math test or examination. Fortunately, due to me always failed in math, I was distributed into a “Math-strengthening class”. You can say it is a start of nightmare or it is a start of my academic life. Those days, I do math exercise every day. Consequently, the first year is the longest year in this 6 years. Although school life is so difficult, I have been changed in this year, I've got the first ten inthe form.
At the time form 5, I chose visual art as my elective subject. Actually I am regretful for heavy work in this subject. However, My art teacher is very patient, no matter how many times we have gone wrong, she said "start over again, I will be with you on this difficult path." This is the greatest teacher in my life. She let me know, the vocation of a teacher is not teaching knowledge rather helping students to find their dream and their value. That influences my dream, being a teacher.
Now I have been studying in IVE for few months. I don't feel regretful for cannot admit to university because I know my interest clearly, to be creative. It has motivated me to finish the projects. I have learnt one thing in campus - Try. You will never know the result is good or bad, the result might be out of your expectation. However, some may laugh at you. What’s more, I am so glad to study in HKDI because I have acquainted a lot of good friends. We do project together. They are very positive, always encourage others. And I’ve learnt one thing from them, to be active, I don’t know why but I think is a good thing.
In these two years, I’ve set up a goal with my friends, GPA3.5. It seems difficult but it is not impossible. I want to achieve this goal due to wanting to admit to university. One thing I can do achieve this goal, is to struggle, spare no effort to finish all the projects. (the most ideal plan)
However, some challenges I should exceed, it is time. I should have time to finish any project. Much time, the result will be better. Conversely, less time, result will be worse. Meanwhile, I will not have much time to finish the projects because I should have a good sleeping quality, if not, I can’t work good. Therefore, I should set up a planner and follow it and always make a to-do list to remind myself. If I can do it, I can finish my projects well and have good sleep. How do I measure the achievement? It is so easy, I believe I will know is it achieve when graduation. To be a good time manager, I have to give up some choices to do something, like entertainment, part time work. Yet, some challenges I can’t overcome such as sick. Therefore I should have a good sleeping quality by setting up a good schedule.
After graduation in IVE, I hope I can continue the academic in City University. After graduation, I would like to have a ideal career like web or app designer or some media work. After more 10 years, I hope I can marry to my love.
