TIANA shoved another dollop of cream from her iced coffee into her mouth as she scrolled down through her phone to find the receipts of a message she’d received. “Yeah see Lottie put me on this app– she said in order for me to take some me time I needed to find someone to help with the downtime…whatever that means.” she mused rolling her eyes. “Ah see, right here he said ‘I love a woman who knows her way around the kitchen’ – naturally I blocked him.” she explained, sipping from her caramel flavored caffeine boost. “Please tell me this messaging stuff gets easier?” @ptstart
“Gross.” He made a face at the line, taking a sip of his own drink in front of him. “It doesn’t.” Fred shook his head, offering her an understanding smile. He didn’t usually have to worry about creeps in his inbox, but it seemed impossible to keep a conversation going. People tended to ghost him after a few days... or learning what a comic book nerd he was. “You’ll always have idiots like me not knowing how to talk to other human beings,” he joked.
