How do you get yours nails to be so healthy and long?

I (JT) use a nail hardener from essence to keep my nails strong, so they can grow. You also need to give your nails some freedom, let them breathe for a few days before applying nail polish and try to add hand cream to your daily routine to take care of your nails. Hope this advice is useful :)
