I am dying to find out where I had seen Fred Armisen do a latin character on Saturday Night Live that I do NOT think was Fericito. In fact, I truly think that he was on SNL before he became a "featured player". Can you help? I seem to remember him speaking with a very thick, but innocent, hispanic accent and talking to people on the street. At one point he asks for directions somewhere and he says, "I have to make pee-pee". Can you help?

Hmm. I kind of remember that character but I can't find it anywhere/come up with a name. Can anyone else help?
