"You take tonight off with dinner and the girls, and I'll cook something up. Just go spend time with dad, I've got everything covered." He said returning the smile as he nodded. "looks as if you could rest too".

"Okay that's good" he said calming himself down as he sighed "I'm sorry for freaking out like that, if you need me to do anything or watch the younger ones while dads on rest and for you to spend time with him, I'll do my best to help out".
