#i have made my annual return hello #lorien legacies

okay i finished my re-read of the original series and it was still so good- not that i doubted that but reading things again when you’re older is fun because you have a different perspective sometimes

like for example when i first read united as one i was mad at the ending because i did not like the idea of marina and john being together but NOW i kind of love it - like fire & ice is so cute idk & they both have the shared trauma of losing their s/o

im currently re reading generation one & then i will finish the trilogy because i actually have not read the last two & im excited because now it’s all fresh in my mind rather than waiting years at a time for each to come out

so the other night me and my best friends decided to open our “burn box” we made when we were 14, which was a box that we wrote down everything we hated and sealed away. so, intoxicated, we read out these papers and my friends had written these deep messages to the people in their lives at the time that had wronged them and it was quite poetic. meanwhile, i had taken the task at hand quite literally, as among other random words on sheets of paper, i had chosen to write “MOGADORIANS”

Reasons I Am Number Four should get a TV reboot

Does anyone even remember that there was an I Am Number Four movie lol

Percy Jackson got a musical and Shadowhunters got a TV show to redeem them after their movies flopped and they were both pretty successful

Everything is getting reboots these days anyway

Cool aliens with superpowers, that should be reason enough right there.

There are seven books which is more than enough for several seasons

And the series is finished so they won’t run into the Game of Thrones problem

Because I want it that’s why
