[[It didn’t seem to be much of a hypothetical, with Mary grabbing Little Fella and yanking him into her arms.]]

*Oh, hi Mary I actually forgot you were here! Anyways, Zee stares at the newcomer it confusion. As much as he doesn't want to speak up, he feels he must intervene less he misses this opportunity.*

Yeah he's sure that's what he's doing. It has become hard for him to track it down by sensing it's magic as other big sources of magic is blocking his senses. Zee feels a bit... lost.*

*Either way Zee seems overwhelmed and unaware of his surroundings.*

[[He hesitates, watching the creature. Quietly, as soft as he can, he calls out-]]

Hello?

*Even being quiet Zee is spooked right into the air, fur and feathers puffed! Once he gets his footing he turns and swiftly tackles Little Fella to the ground!*

[[Little Fella squeezed his eye shut and tried taking deep breaths- he just had to focus on his breath, that’s what he was told, and everything would be okay, he just needed to stay calm-]]

*Zee keeps him pinned, one of its boney claws pressed on Little Fella's face. Zee's tail lashes as he gets a real good look at him and- oh. Zee was actually expecting someone else.....*

*Zee slowly takes its weight off Little Fella, as well as removing their claw from his face.*

[[As Zee removes weight off him, Little Fella slowly cracks his eye open, trying to remain calm. Gently and quietly, he murmured-]]

uhm- h… hi.

*Zee get fully off him. His fur is still puffed and tail flicks, but he doesn't seem to have any intentions of harming Little Fella anymore... I think...*

*Zee glances at Little Fella.*

[[He carefully sits up, remaining seated on the ground.]]

…my name’s little fella, it’s- it’s nice to meet you.

*Damn this child is too good for their own good. Zee thinks so too. Even if he's numb to it, it feels nice that Little Fella didn't try pushing them and running off.*

[[He jumped at first, then laughed.]]

oh- okay! I’m here with my sister and aunt. they’re a bit away over there.

*Zee tries to absorb any magic from Little fella, but it doesn't work. He pokes Little Fella like his arm, wing, anywhere to see if that changes the outcome.*

*His head tilts as he stares with his always blank looking eyes. Zee is sure he has heard those words before, but doesn't know what they mean.*

[[He lets Zee poke at him, assuming he’s just curious, and possibly unfamiliar with humans.]]

mhm- uhm.. an Aunt would be my… dads sister, and a sister is… someone who shares a parent with you…?

*Zee is annoyed that he wouldn't be able to sneakily steal his magic, though he doesn't visibly show that. He lightly tugs at Little Fella's wing.*

[[Little Fella unfurls his wing for Zee to examine easier.]]

*Zee figures he won't get any magic from Little Fella unless either he uses it or Zee tears him apart. The latter crosses his mind, it would be easy. But with Little Fella family nearby, that makes that thought uneasy.*

[[He offers gently- He’s his father’s son, after all.]]

*Zee glances away from Little Fella. That's definitely a no.*

*Zee glances at Little Fella then somewhere else. His tail twitches. It's not easy to tell if he does or doesn't. I'd settle on the latter for multiple reasons.*

[[Abbey can be seen in her gazebo, as Little Fella had mentioned, humming softly as she attempted to knit. Xe had been trying to pick up some mortal hobbies… even if she wasn’t the greatest at it yet.]]

*Looking at Abby, it makes Zee feel uneasy? His tail flicks. He looks back at Little Fella, probably expecting him to follow.*

[[Little Fella stands, trailing behind Zee. He doesn’t pick up on the unease.]]

*Zee finally takes a step out of the woods, making his way over. He constantly takes a glance back at Little Fella every so often.*

[[Abbey glanced up and tilted her head.]]

Oh? Did you make a friend?

“Mhm!”

*Zee’s uneasy feeling becomes worse. Its ears pin down. He senses a high amount of magic from Abbey. A godly amount. It scares him.*

[[She smiles softly.]]

*Zee can't get himself to speak, so he gives a half hearted wave.*

*Honestly it feels like it should either run away or attack Abbey, but he is frozen in fear. His fur puffs tail curls around his foot.*

“It’s okay, she’s really nice- but if you’re too scared we can come back later…!”

*he takes his own equivalent of a breath which sounds like bone rattling. He looks over to Little Fella.*

*Zee looks up to Abbey like he is about to say something.*
