The last female champions are : diana , zyra , lulu , fiora , sejuani , ahri , shyvana , riven and leona . These are made during season 2 . I'll go through them in order .

Diana wears full armor , I wouldn't say she has "overly dramatic boobage" (from now refered as ODB)

I would say zyra is kinda that stereotype , but she isn't rly human and that's what is cool about her , buy thinking that she is a "flower" you can't imagine her being ugly (or not pretty , like cho) . But I will agree that this one falls under your description .

Lulu - yordle , nvm .

Fiora . Fiora wears a full set of armor . Doesn't have ODB .

Sejuani . Agreed , falls under that category . Almost no clothes , though her splash art does not focus on her chest . So agreed .

Ahri . Totally falls under your description . Not much to say .

Shyvana . Almost full set of armor (only shows her stomach area) . Does not have ODB . And I think that the fact that she is half dragon makes her a very interesting character , similar to cho . Yes she is not a demon from the void , but she is not just another human  .

Riven wears a "full" set of clothes . Only her feet are exposed . I would not say that she has ODB , but I agree that she is definitely not an interesting creature but alas just another human woman .

Leona , full set of armor , was featured as a "first female tank" . No ODB , yes just a human .

So lets see what we have .Out of the 9 female champions that came out in season 2 :2 have ODB (they are made to be sexually attractive and their splash art focuses on that , zyra and ahri) . 3 wear exposed clothing (ahri , zyra and sejuani) , 6 wear full clothes or armor . And only 2 are "interesting" creatures (shyvana and zyra) .

So IMHO . Most of the newly released female champions don't rly focus on their sexiness . But most of them are mear humans which makes them a bit less interesting . Thus said . I don't agree with the first part of your post (about ODB) , but I totally agree with the 2nd one .

I agree that most of the "unhuman or none-human like" characters are male . 8 out of 17 (taking into account rengar)

ninja edit : all said this far I feel like riot has done a better job with approaching female characters than most of the gaming companies (at least in season 2 they did , but there is still lots of room for improvement .

don't wanna brake it down to ya , but to get the skin or "theme" how you called it , you need to pay real money to get RP (riot points) .
