i did my best
Here is my attempt to turn my notes into an actual usable pattern for the '98 Furby hoodie! Added some pics at the end to clarify what is going on.
‘98 Furby Hoodie
Yarn: DK/Light
Hook: 3.5mm
Notes: You will Ch 1 and turn after every row for the hood, but the body is worked in the round
Chain 8
R1: HDC 2nd ch from hook, hdc to last st (6HDC), 5 HDC in last st (mark the middle st), continue down “wrong” side 6 HDC
R2: HDC 8 st, 3HDC in 9th st (move marker to middle st), HDC 8
R3: 2HDC in first st, HDC 8st to marked, HDC 3 in marked st (move marker to middle st), HDC 8 st, 2HDC in last st
R 4-11: For these rows you will increase the middle marked st HDC3 every row and increase the ends 2HDC on odd rows
R 12-16: Continue increasing the end on odd rows but do not increase the middle
R 17: 2HDC in first st, HDC 6 st, Ch10 and skip 10 sts, HDC 17, Ch10 and skip 10 sts, HDC 6 st, 2HDC in last st
R 18: HDC 8, place 10 HDC over chain 10, HDC 17, place 10 HDC over chain 10, HDC 8
R 19-24: HDC (no increase)
CH1 after R24. Now the hood portion is complete and you will HDC along the bottom edge. When you reach the end, CH 6 and connect to the other edge by continuing to HDC. Crochet around and place 6 HDC over the ch 6 space.
You can keep crocheting until the hoodie is the length you want (I usually do 4 or 5 rows). I like to do the final row in SC or slipstitch to give it a finished look, then I end in the back of the hoodie.
Optional, I also attach the yarn at the face opening and do a border of slipstitch because it helps it look more “finished”
Row 1 with first and middle stitch marked
Row 17 skippin for ear holes
Starting the body of the hood after row 24

yoooo here is the pattern for the simple furby carriers I sell on my etsy. Pictures included so you know the rough measurements in case you wanna use a different weight yarn.
This is pretty bare bones because I'm not good at writing patterns. (This is written in US terms)
I did furby themed tamagotchi cases and now it is time for tamagotchi themed furby carriers
I love everything about this post
Can we talk about the new dlc for the uni
The desert camo angel looks better in person than I thought it would. Still made a case for it though

I got this idea two weeks ago and now they’re finally finished and on my Etsy
Furby must consume
: >
I’m wondering how large the overlap is for my two obsessive interests: furby and tamagotchi
Do you enjoy?
I enjoy Furby
I enjoy Tamagotchi
I enjoy both
