Maybe he should leave the spooky business to the professionals. He’s trying to jam the keys into the door through trial and error, he only left the office for a solid five minutes tops.

He does so taking a small step back to ensure a distance of sorts. The fact he has to look up at the other is also odd. “ Oh... Well. “ He clears his throat. Not something he should worry about? quick three headcanons, one for each. romance, hobby, and sleeping
Romance
While Mayor doesn’t mind it or mind discussing it, he’s not interested. He’s just not interested in having one and thinks he doesn’t have the time for it. Mayor has work and organizing to be done, can’t be going on dates and romance. Since he doesn’t care, he never really has considered what type of person he’d date. If asked, he’d be dumbfounded.
Hobby
When feeling particularly worried Mayor finds himself painting his nails. He only does this when all the work is done and there seems to be nothing to do, this of course is rare in his opinion. Mostly basic colours as well, nothing too detailed or fancily done.
Sleeping
What is sleep? Sleep is not a big deal who needs it. Mayor has trouble sleeping in general. He’s not even sure why fully but it’s easily chalked off to him worrying to much and not letting his mind rest. Gears never stop grinding for this guy and it’s more noticeable some days. Could also be nightmares. He’s not entirely sure why and tends to go with sleeping inducing stuff.
