@ashtoledoart assigned me Vapeon as a person in the style of Dali.... why you ask? well that would be because she wanted to BREAK ME. I am not naturally a blender, this is the blendiest I could go. Apologies to Dali. I also made this Vaporeon girl an aeriel fabric dancer, why you ask? CUZ ITS FUN is the answer.
