"the movie will not do well if all people talk about is peter/mj." How come? Peter and MJ is a huge part of Spider-Man's character arc.

Because this isn’t peter and maryjane.

And the reason it won’t do well is because the last one only did so well because spideys priorities were different. The love story took a backseat and what little romance was involved was directly related to the story. If you take that and flip it so all it is is a romance (even if that’s not how the movie itself will work out- if it’s all that’s talked about then it’s all people will know) then it fails at the thing it was so good at before.

I worry that perception of this film will be skewed by peter/mj and tomdaya shippers. If it’s all that’s talked about- then that’s all there is. That’s how the world works. If we want this movie to do well- we need to talk about other aspects of it. (Not that we can’t talk peter/mj. Just that it shouldn’t be the focus)

Nope. I mean it lessened when I learned about Harrison and he took the lead- but that was a while ago 😜

Dream time

Had a dream I was staying in the same hotel as the spideycrew and that I tried to act casual so I calmly watched Tom, Jacob, Harrison, and Harry play basketball and then said hi guys to all of em. And Harrison was wearing his beanie but he took it off and had a Mohawk.

And I played it so cool THEY came over to ME ... and then I ruined it by immediately screaming “can I have a picture!?” to Harrison and Tom looked annoyed....
