December Dip #1- It didn't take much convincing for three of us to run with the idea of an "ice bath". Strange, what crazy friends I have, to do something most would deem insane, without even thinking twice. We just went. It really set in, when we started down the hill to the swimming hole. This was happening. No way I'm backing out now. So I went straight for it. Into the icy cold water. I was the only one to gwt all the way in. It was so worth it. It was unlike anything I've ever felt. Afterwards , I felt insanely happy. One of the most invigorating things I've ever done! 10/10 would recommend .
