I’ve been slacking off lately cause I got too comfortable but I need to lock back in bf it gets out of hand
i just want to actually feel good for like. a day. is that in the budget
The only annoying thing with wl is that you burn way less cals on a daily basis. Like I don’t burn as much when walking 10k steps than I used to a few months ago for example. So I have to do more to make up for it

Being on my period while restricting got me walking around looking like this

Dropped 1,5 kg since last week. Luteal phase in ending cause I’m getting my period soon. Ended a 20h fast and started another one. No longer bloated. Don’t feel chopped anymore. Leaving this hellish household in a week. We’re so back
When I don’t eat I feel so light and pure, I feel like an angel. I feel so good
I have a 9h flight next weekend that I was worried about cause I tend to snack a lot during flights, and they’re serving two meals on that flight plus the minimal movement for the entire time I was scared I wouldn’t be able to stick to my rules but I just realized I can just decline the airplane meals 😭 I never dared to cause I was too shy but who cares this is my diet we’re talking about lol.
This is actually great timing cause I’m going to the airport several hours in advance, have a 9h flight, I land at 6 am then I have a train at 12pm and I wont be home until at like 4pm that day so this means I can effortlessly have a +20h fast without anyone telling me to eat
And when I’ll be home with my bf I can just tell him I’m ate in the plane/ train so I won’t have to eat that day either!! I love when things line up for me

Same like sorry yall are all pretty princesses to me I can’t be mean to anyone except maybe myself sometimes
I bought this beautiful short and backless leopard dress cause I wanna go clubbing this summer and I’ve worn all my other going out clothes so many times.
Its so pretty but im so scared it wont look good on me and thats one of the things thats been motivating me bc i look bad in that dress i will genuinely break down
Ate 2 boiled eggs and a beef patty for protein, gonna go back to fasting for the next 22 ish hours
I know that I eat to preserve my muscles, hair and whatnot but i genuinely feel horrible after eating like I wish I didn’t have to
I just gotta keep it pushing and I’ll get my steps in when my fam will be asleep

I think I’ll break my fast with my usual vitamins and a boiled egg for protein and whatever else and then back to fasting we go!!
All these efforts are bringing my closer to my GW I’m so glad
My personal rules :D
- intermittent fasting+ OMAD: one meal and a maximum of one snack (usually forced upon me) a day
- Avoid liquid cals as much as possible
- no added sugars or processed sweets and snacks
- eat under 800 a majority of the time but I believe in metabolism days cause they’ve really helped me in the past so I’d eat more once in a while but still stick to healthy foods
- multivitamins and iron supplements everyday NO EXCEPTIONS
- light movement everyday (walking, stretching, yoga and light workouts) plus strength training when I can
- Plenty of tea and herbs (green tea, hibiscus, ginger, lemon, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom) they’re good at managing appetite and cravings, reduce bloating and are overall good for your health
- avoid takeout as much as possible (except when forced) and always stick to my meal plan
- simple foods, protein and veggies as much as I can
