Unless you are over 18 years old, you can't have any real problems. We live in a world, where kids seek help online because of not getting any from elders. And then? They get scolded because of using Internet too much. We live in a world where political matters are much more important than poor and homeless people, hunger, poverty, and lack of education or proper health care. We live in a world, where when a girl gets sexually harassed it's her own fault for wearing provoking clothes. We live in a world, where you can get killed for loving different gender than your opposite, for the god you believe in or for being born with any kind of skin color. We live in a world, full of beautiful places, and yet we still harm it in every way that's possible. We live in a world, where instead of living our life to the fullest we worry about making money to survive. We live in a world, where younger and younger people find theur way out by by bullying, pornography, self-harm and so on. We live in a world, where a global warming, pollution, amount of natural disasters, suicides, rapes, eating disorders and murders is higher than ever before. We live in a world, where a book is judgeg by it's cover. We live in a world, where the average temperature rised over 1°C and continues to do so. We live in a world, where sea level rised over 20 cm since 1880. We live in a world, where pollution is attributed to 5 million deaths each year. We live in a world, where over 800,000 people take their own life every year, or that js over 130 every day. We live in a world, where 1 per 6 American women experienced attempt or got raped. We live in a world, where atleast 9% of people struggles with an eating disorder. And actually, it's not only those superskinny girls. Less than 6% of people with eating disorders are medically diagnosed as underweight, which means 94% is actually not diagnosed as underweight. 81% of 10 years old girl are afraid of being "fat". They are just ten. We live in a world, where actually younger people are more aware of what's happening. But no, they are just some stupid people with zero knowledge and experience. But it's us who are going to live there for next decades. And it's still not too late to takw action, or do something. It's only us who can do anything. We live in a world and yet we have no jdea how to live.

Watch out for anyone asking you so they can become your so called "coach", especially if you are underage like me. They often try to make you send them your naked photos, and that's disgusting, since those people know how fucked up and vulnerable are people with eating disorders. Please stay safe.

Today I am making myself a boost day, since I was out with family to eat and I had no choice. I also received bunch of things because of Children Day so I just want to enjoy instead of worry (even tho I will)
Today's food log:
Those small tomatoes lol - 40 kcal
Instant noodles - 50 kcal
Fruit mousse - 75 kcal
Coke Zero - 3 kcal
Total: 168 kcal
Burned: 140 kcal
Net: 28 kcal
So today was nice, I went to school so it was easier to avoid food. I ate tomatoes there and right after I came back I ate the mousse and in the evening I made myself those noodles.
Today's food log:
COTTON CANDY AHH - 35 kcal
Dinner - around 300 kcal, I am not sure, there was 1 fried egg, a bit of salad and potatoes
Total: 335 kcal
Burned: 250 kcal
Net: 135 kcal
So today was fine, I don't regret the cotton candy because it was great, and I could eat a lighter dinner, however my mom was watching me and I also felt kinda faint and weak so I decidee to eat it anyway.
