Help a young Queer out

I got billed $120 for a medical visit I had last May and would really appreciate any help that anyone could offer to help me deal with it. I'm trying to save up money so I can ensure I have rent money for the next year. Due to the nature of what the medical visit was for, I can't ask my parents to help pay, and neither of them are in a financial situation where I feel like I can expect them to.
